I tried changing something on my profile and it had me enter my password for security reasons and now everything is in Arabic what the heck??
The language setting is in 'Profile' > 'Account Settings' > 'Preferred Language'

Thanks, I fixed it right after i made this post was hard to figure it out in Arabic though. I must have clicked language change by accident.
