    Peace,

Intermittent fasting 16h without eating and without drinking / 8h to eat and drink. Many people in Europe practice it, especially top athletes and marathon runners.

The benefits of fasting. For a long time, fasting has been used for its dietary and therapeutic virtues. A diet of several days would indeed.

to enjoy the benefits of fasting, do not drink and eat for at least 16 hours / 8h during many days to detox and regenerate the body, purify the skin or improve its well-.

Intermittent fasting 16/8 can be practiced all year, all the life as a way of life not just a few days a year. Everyone can adapt to their lifestyle.

Thierry Casanova is a follower of intermittent fasting, he has made several videos youtube to explain the benefits of fasting scientifically proven.

An Asian scientist discovered macrophagia during the fast, he was awarded the Nobel Prize for his discovery.

I think most drink fluids during their fast.

All information is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should always seek knowledge and verify for themselves when possible: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11.

I'm talking about intermittent dry fasting without drinking or eating during 16 hours.

Indeed there are several practices of intermittent fasting, when someone drinks fluids, body detoxification is 10 times slower than intermittent dry fasting.

the scientific reference appears in the youtube video of thierry casanova.
10 just to indicate that detoxification is faster with a dry fast.
If my memory is good, thierry casanova said a one day of dry fast is equivalent to a week or more of a wet fast.

I have no idea who thierry casanova is nor do I wish to watch multiple videos in the hope of a reference. If you know it, please cite it, if you do not then do not.

Third part of this exceptional adventure in the world of pure regeneration. There is no "one" fast, but many forms adapted to each one. It's about understanding them, knowing them, in order to make the best choice individually. All approaches, and especially know the restrictions, the adaptations. Finally, also, the answer to the eternal question "and I, can I fast? "
Because there are really no other contraindications to fasting than fear, it is through the knowledge that one reaches healing.

Medicine comes from the Latin medicina, which means "healing art". What other approach than fasting and the use of inherent body capabilities can claim to cure anything? No healing will come from a cure, healing is the prerogative of the body, any external product coming only to support (or prevent) this healing. Follow me in this new exploration of the first means of healing, the simplest, the most accessible, the most effective fasting!

Before we ate not in the morning but in the middle of the day, that's why we say break-fast / dé-jeuner. both means break the fast.

I will take my first meal of the day, my break-fast / de-jeuner. I fasted from 2015 to 1230.

We can fast naturally and effortlessly.
