Will all disbelievers believe in the hereafter?

I came across a question and basically one of the comments was

'I've seen a few verses that say they'll still be disbelievers after they die too. Maybe the most cynical among them will think they're a victim of a sadistic reality TV show or something, so dumb that they dont comprehend they're actually in hell. Though maybe my imagination is running too wild....'

I always thought every disbeliever will believe after death?

Do you know of any verses that say otherwise?

The believe in the hereafter once there, is simply too late for us. It was needed when we were alive as humans and able to do something about it ( to grow our soul to be able to withstand the presence of GOD).
The story of Iblees is similar. He believes in GOD but did not believe GOD and disobeyed.

Some people feel good about themselves only when they think that they’re ‘better’ or ‘special’ compared to others.
Surprisingly this is a very common trait and we now have a name for such trait, Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). The caveat is; NPD can spread to others (especially the victims) like infectious disease and no people with NPD will ever admit that he/she has NPD.

Self-victimization is the next step, they feel 'wronged' thus 'victimized' when they're treated fairly or equally with others.
They will not like an environment where everyone are equal, where everyone is in unity. They will view such environment as 'hell' for them.

They want to be 'above others', 'privileged' and 'special' thus they will seek an environment where such thing is possible. An environment where domination of others is possible. Such environment will be 'heaven' for them.

Since according to you,every one is equal, those with NPD and those without , then it does not really matter what one is,quote

Or are the ones with NPD not included in your environment?

Just be whatever you like ,in the end the good, bad and ugly will all be in an equal environment.

Those who are afraid of water will not swim in the pool.
It's not the swimming pool rejected him/her entry, but it's him/herself who choose not to swim in the pool.

Like attract like, everyone has their own preference of 'heaven'.
A realm where there is an ample opportunity to dominate others, such as to enslave 72 virgins, will be heaven to those who are into those kind of things. And I didn't say that those are 'bad' or 'ugly', I just say that those are 'different'. Because the catch within those dominating realm is, they will also be dominated and enslaved. What goes around comes around.

Those who likes to play FPS games such as PUBG choose to play those games out of their own free will, the world of PUBG where there are ample opportunity to shoot at other people and compete with other people is 'heaven' for the PUBG player. The catch is they're also 'target' for other people to shoot at, yet it bring more 'excitement' to them, the danger that boost the adrenaline.. the striving for survival.

Peaceful games such as farm simulation or city building simulation is not attractive according to them, boooriing. But they will always have the option to play those peaceful games... none of those games ever rejected any player. Perhaps after some time PUBG player will get bored and sick of endless shooting at each other and opted to play more peaceful games. Their conception of 'heaven' has changed.

So we are all on different "realms" now? Or I have no idea about your reality? You are saying,quote

Or are they enforcing a "realm" on the 72 virgins? Or the 72 virgins have been attracted to it?
In this "reality" of ours,choices are effecting others. Those that are attracted to wickedness , harming others and invading their "realm".
I see this as no longer valid, quote

Preference and outcome are contradicting here. It seems some are ending up where they have not preferred to be.
For example the 72 virgins?
