    Peace.

Some people agre that salat is oration, but I'm not too sure, I'm considering it at the moment.

However, reading the arabic script as shown in older copies in Museums etc., it is clear that the zabr zayr pesh madd etc. was not there, and I've tried to read it in arabic without these things, and I nd up being able to say it in any way I want. Is that supposed to happen, or are there rules associated with evry word or something like that?

I'm no an Arab speaking person, so I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

      Peace be upon you,

The "oration" part of the PROCESS is not about "orating" a physical book, it is about speaking the Truths about the Universe (Al Kitaab).

The Uni(one) Verse(word) is the MOTHER OF BOOKS, we are all words in this Great Book. This reading(quran) is only a part of this Grand Book. It points us to the Universe to witness the signs. The God says that He will show us His signs in the Horizons and within ourselves until we KNOW it is the Truth. But most of us are focused only on this 114 chapter book which is pointing as the entire time to Al Kitaab(the universe).

Our example Ibrahim contem[plated(meditated) on the Universe, he saw the Stars , moon , and Sun and thought they were the Lord, but when they fell he came closer to the True ONE God.

Idolfree - that is heavy stuff!

I was becoming convinced of the argument about Orations, but I was a bit uneasy about it just being something ritulistic like Orating the Quran. But after this concept of it being a process, I think you've dug into great explanation of salar. And this concept of contemplating the universe - I was left speechles! The universe is the argument I put forward to myself to prove that God exists, and what better thing to do morning

BTW would you say that participation on free-minds forum could be classed as Oration? Becuase I find it quite beneficial to me, it somehow keeps me connected, to God, especially living in an area where there isn't much monotheism in the blur of mullahs blaring their falsehood out all over the place. Ooohhh keep a beard and you won't burn... GET OUT! This is why I love free-minds so much.

        Thanks Idolfree.
