So what is wrong he or she indicated 16+98 = 114 .. Afterall Quran has 114 chapters.. So God says take refuge.... Here Quran is important.. The purpose of refuge is connected with entire Quran.. What's funny here.. What fitna here..
What is in 113+1.. What does that verse say to to count it to be 114.... BEFORE READING QURAN is key here for him to state 16+98 is 114....

2397-98 are a good way. I dislike the traditional way as it mentions al-shaytan understood as a supernatural entity when it is really just the concept of arrogant haughtiness and denial of knowledge inaccessible to oneself that all humans may manifest.
'al shaytan' is not a supernatural being but a conceptual (of 'fire' term in fact.
A believer seeks refuge in The God from the manifestation of all forms of evil and I think 2397-98 cover it well. .

Better harsh on words rather than disbelieving in manifest numerical pattern in Quran.. Perhaps you don't need numerical pattern in Quran for you to increase your faith or to remain in your faith or to accept that this Quran is from none but God.. That's your choice.. But for me in this era in which I am living I absolutely need everything in Quran for my salvation to be convinced..

God says in Quran hypocrites will be in depth of Hell fire.. It means they are lowly than anyone.. So.. But it is not... Coz Messengers were not only placed with glad tidings but they Warners... Warning always look harsh coz it hurts those who don't like it..

Allah has count of everything in exact numbers, look at the number of the above verse, it is 7228, if we add them it comes to 100.

Word Ayah is giving meaning of verse as well miracle/sign etc etc as you well aware.. .. So.. Note verses in which God says whoever disbelieve in our Aya is destined for hell fire.. So.. Does one need to believe when musa performed miracles or brought signs from God whoever witnessed it? A believer could have said.. I do believe in God and do righteous good deeds and I don't need to believe in these magics to get convinced.. Yes what Musa performed may have looked identical to magic coz he was competing with magicians.. Result would look magical power but it is not magic.. But it is beyond human capacity...
Numerical patterns in Quran are Ayah/signs/miracles that none constitute but only God in a book.. So.. Why not believe in first in a book which is numerically structured which in fact a SIGN. or is it like just simple maths.. King pharou rejected the signs of God which musa presented.. I have seen many a people personally and even in this forum that they ask " where it is written in Quran, bring the verse".. you are not different to it...
Quran is not just a book to translate looking at dictionaries... Quran is not a book to just browse... But it is a book to explore...
If everyone asks tell me the verse where it is stated, you won't find it..
For example if a gay is asking me bring a verse in black and white which says you can't be a gay and have sex with men...
If a son is in love with father and wants to have sex with father, son is asking bring a verse in black and white where it is written in Quran that son cannot have sex with father.. Such a shame.. Your request not far from it..
Daughter would say.. Where it's written in black and white that a woman cannot marry two biological brothers at a time...
Where it is written in Quran that you translate the Quran and follow it.. If God not said to translate why translate.. So the book is only for Arabs.. Why others bother..

It should be a sign to people that people who have opposite views as far as earth geometry goes, can agree that there are profound numerical structures within The Quran that are absolute proof of the existence of The Superintelligence, The God and Owner of All existence.
The people who are denying these awesome numerical Signs are denying that The God is indeed The All Capable. That the revealed sounds.. to text... to numbers provide proofs anchored into the very structure of the language itself, based on the number nineteen! The God has decreed it to be so. It's all objectively provable and mathematically defined in self referential ways.
That is the nature of the denial of these Signs, and if they who deny are capable of understanding and still deny then indeed they will be in peril of the penalty of 'sijjin' which is a woeful destiny. They will continue to witness the 'fitna' or trial of nineteen when they look up and count the angels standing guard over them.
Take heed, repent and accept under no compulsion other than the one of seeking the truth.

I just see simple numbers that strike me, and by Allah they do.
when I keep on seeing the same number everywhere for days I open the Quran, go to that verse number and I find my answer there.
I don't do complicated math like you did but I'm sure many have, many have worked upon number 19 and that indeed is a special number given by Almighty Himself.I see "signs" in "other ways" too, Alhumdulillah.
I was about to buy something but I was not sure, for a few days I was not sure whether to buy it or not and then finally I decided that I was going to buy it, My wife reads the Quran in the morning and in the evening every day, Masha-Allah, when I was leaving she was reading the Quran so I asked her to kindly read the words that she was reading, she read a verse ending inفَإِذَا عَزَمۡتَ فَتَوَكَّلۡ عَلَى ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُتَوَكِّلِينَ (١٥٩)
"once you have taken a decision, place your trust in Allah. Surely, Allah loves those who place their trust in Him."
and all my doubts vanished !
