What are the ten Qıra'at? Do they cause different meanings?

What are the ten Qıra'at and do they make any meaningful differences?
I Live in Turkey and there was a live discussion between Qur'an only muslim and a hadith follower (he said he is also a native arabic speaker). While they were discussing hadith follower said
You can read mâliki and meliki ? In chapter 1
You can read they will be winners and in another you can read as they will be losers ? This is for verse 3 in 30
And also there were other examples of differences between Qıra'at.
I would like to know your knowledge about Qur'an Qıra'at. -
This is a historical dispute, which seem to be going back to the time of Uthmaan. Saying there are ten qiraa'at is entirely conjectural as the highest number I read was 25 and lowest was five.
If we base our answer entirely from the Quranic perspective, then there aren't ten qiraa'aat. The issue was the absence of the markings.

These qıra'at do not make any meaningful differences at all. I watched another different video and in the video they said there are differences because of Arabic language not because of Qur'an. He read some differences and it does not change the meaning. For example in one qıra'at it was saying the latest Nabi and in another the seal (İ do not know if ı translate it wrong sprey if it is wrong) of the Nabis . So these both do not change the meaning.

It is really funny to see a hadith follower (Halis Aydemir is a Turkish hadith follower but as I understand from his latest videos he do not accept all hadith ) that choose one of the Qıra'at as the true one. I thought they were following every Qıra'at. -

I did research Qıra'at also. I think its history is artificial.
