People are adament on FORBIDING matters...
Well Believing men of any ethnicty is never forbidden for believing women of any ethnicty... That's so simplified.. Unless they are according to 423-24 ( FORBIDDEN).. OR.. 243 (FORBIDDEN) ... OR.. 2221(FORBIDDEN)
anything other than this never forbidden.. But choose always a believing person for marriage if you are one who believes God.. God always recommend a believer to marry another believer...

Anyone who reads above verses meticulously they only option is on who believes in One God regardless of ethnicty... ..

Note.. Read 6121 carefully.. And know that his or her one action can easily be deemed by Allah as a mushrik... Action here is not idol worship.. But simply denial of God's instructions..
So decide when it comes marriage who could be mushrik deniers etc... Don't ever trust conventional Muslims until thru follow Quran alone.. They can easily drag you to hell..

But that's the thing, who exactly is a mushrik? Are Christians mushriks? Are atheists? Just idolaters? I can't remember the verse but I think there was a verse where mushriks and Christians are two separate groups. Are mushriks everyone who commits shirk?

If a conventional Muslim respects your beliefs and freedom, I don't see why you couldn't marry them. I guess they can influence you but if you stay focused on following the Qur'an alone and stay connected to other believers like on here, you will probably stay on the right path imo

Let me answer first your second paragraph..

They don't respect our beliefs... They will never... They won't even allow us to speak freely in their dominated society about Quran alone.. They consider us literally kafir.. Everyone I met us same no difference... They call us new fitna.. Destined people for hell.. Don't even dream they respect our belief.. There are people they don't practice anything at all just they claim sunni or shia just coz they are born. They don't practice anything.. Such people don't hate us but they are doing nothing for their life to come.. They almoat like dead bodies.. They may respect us coz they don't care about faith. .. Anyway conventional Muslims are good people when it comes to their own behavior. I don't reject it. Same Christians are good people when it comes to their behavior same Hindu or budhist.. People in general are ethical not though.

Your first paragraph. First find out where Shirk does happen then deduce who In fact commit shirk.. A believer can make shirk too.. A general disbeliever can make shirk too. Hypocrites can commit shirk too. A Yehudi or nasara can commit shirk , Well atheist can do shirk too.. But remember well there are certain people their entire faith is shirk based and nothing else. For example if a person believe in idolworship anf consider all those deities as goda abd goddess they are manifestly mushrikun... Manifest visible association... Do you get me.
But other group are invisible mushrik... They may be differ in classification. Buy it doesn't mean they don't commit shirk.. For example ... A hypocrite. He is not labelled as Mushrik... Coz it classified as Munafiq... Coz he has certain natures... He says he believes In God.. Yes literally he believes.. But needless to say his rejection /kufr.. And he won't keep away shirk when he wants. To commit associate (shirk ) you need object /action.. Hypocrite don't use objects to associate but by actions.. Buy their life style is not mushrik they are Munafiq.. Be it Munafiq or mushrik or atheist or whatever the common thing is they all Deny/kufr the authority of God... In a nutshell THISE who deny God's authority is Rejectors /kufr.
SATAN can easily drag anyone to Shirk of action.. Shirk of object is obvious so needless to explain.. Their obvious actions depicts they are mushrikun coz they worship gods other than God... So don't marry them..
Who commits shirk of actions. Perceive it.. For that use Qurans explanations... Read all shirk verses.. And ponder...
If one drag you and argue with you on a food that is prohibited he is draging you to shirk.. Same if someone prohibits you which is not prohibited he is dragging you to shirk.. That's why I asked to check verse 6121 ... Don't you see conventional Muslims do prohibits many a foods other than what God prohibits. In every conventional Muslims life you can see.. In out town they even prohibits crabs.. They have rules like those birds who eats foods keeping underneath their feet is prohibited. Animals that can live in sea and earth is prohibitted.. For all these restrictions they have hadith quotes.. So where they dragging.. They are doing shirk.... Coz they associate in action agaisnt God's law..

Now one would have a rational question...
Can a believer marry a hypocrite?
Yes he or she can marry... Not forbidden literally... What allowed to marry? Yes. Coz God has not forbidden... Coz Munafiq is not labelled as Mushrikun (visible).. God forbid and not we have authority to forbid. Whayever He forbidden no one can make it allowed. Well one would even ponder.. God says Munafiq will be in the depth of Hell fire so why God didn't forbid Munafiq in marriage. While He forbids fornicators, mushrik etc.. This Munafiq is invisible... This is destiny if anyone happened to marry such a Munafiq... But if any believer married to a Munafiq he or she didn't violate God's law... Coz not forbidden.. Though Munafiq is worse than innocent mushrik... If not found befitting divorce...fine.. But if you marry a mushrik knowingly and divorce you have violated God's law... Unless God pardons.
So don't forbid what God has not forbidden.

Yes, it is forbidden to marry a Christian who believes in the Trinity. It is forbidden to marry a Christian who ascribes divinity to Jesus or any other servant.

It is also forbidden to marry a pantheistic Sufi who worships the universe and himself. Even on this forum there are pantheists who worship nature, for example, and it is haram to marry them.

Quran is very clear what it has forbidden when it comes to marriage.. 423-24 and 243 abd 2221 this is applicable to all believrs.. 6010 is very specific to that community and anyone facing such situations. Here in 6010 the main objective is muhajireen. .based on that law is presented..
So other than that I dont see anything God forbids.
Christian Jews atheist Munafiq what so ever.. Only main criteria is forbidden for us is Mushrikun... And fornicators are mean don't marry them...
Yes one would argue if a Christian of modern day Says Jesus is trinity then he is disbeliever... But that doesn't come as criteria for not to marry. Quran always prefer believers marry believers.. But not forbidden.. Other than what God forbidden.
Riptide if a true believer married to a conventional Muslim.. They definitly say LA ilaha illallah Muhammad rasoolullah... This is must to be a Muslim for them. I don't see any difference between saying this and saying God is trinity... For marriage life God has not forbidden such acts of people.. We know very well wife of pharou and wife of Lut wife of Nuh... Yes they are people of the past but they Nuh Lut wife of pharou were muslim and they believed in God. But they lived with them. God gives chances to people to amend.. So better not marry if you have options of true believers but God has not forbidden.. If anyone says Forbidden needs comprehensive explanation within Quran why and how...
Other than Mushrikun, fornicator/ress God has not given weight .. NOT FORBIDDEN... afyer all it is marriage life..

If anyone FORBIDS so.. So many questions are to be answered within Quran.. If Quran is detailed..
Only those who deeply ponder within Quran verses would grasp the depth... Easy to forbid things.. And they won't realuE ehat they speak.

Yes, it is forbidden/haram to marry them, this is an indisputable fact. But do you have to divorce a person after marriage if he/she becomes a kafir?

6010 O you who believe, if the believing females come emigrating to you, then you shall test them. God is fully aware of their belief. Thus, if you establish that they are believers, then you shall not return them to the rejecters. They are no longer lawful for one another. And return the dowries that were paid. And there is no sin upon you to marry them, if you have paid their dowries to them. And do not keep disbelieving wives, and ask back what dowries you paid. And let them ask back what dowries they had paid. Such is the judgment of God; He judges between you. God is Knowledgeable, Wise.

There's no "dowries" in bold part of 6010 you quoted. And it's assumption that "not keeping them" is about marriage. They're refugees and keeping them is (not) keeping them by giving them shelter if they're kaafiraat.

6010 can be a proof that only mu'minaat should be married, at least of muhaajiraat (female refugees), but this doesn't talk about women already married. As I said before, I see that people who already married any woman should act according to "beating wife aayet" or divorce wife if they find it so.

Blindness plus arrogance are the weakness for the search of truth...
Truth is like air, you won't see it.. Just coz you see it doesn't become truth.. Well..

By saying BIG YES YES YES IT IS FORBIDDEN it won't become forbidden.. It will only be your speculation... God has not forbidden then it stands and your BIG yes won't iron out the truth..

As I said clearly 6010 is very specific and muhajireen (either refugees or migrants for any reason)... This law is very specific for them.. No one needs to test another believer.. Why they were asked to test coz they are muhajireen.. All responsibilities lies on them coz they migrated to this community... Cannot chase them.. But can't give them entire freedom, needs testing..
In such situations both believing and disbelieving women and men may migrate... If a believing women migrate and directly if God's say they are not permitted for their previous husbands it clearly indicates their husbands were disbelievers and rebellious to chase them out... Aren't they.. How can this innocent believing be still permitted for such rebellious as well disbelievers.. So God clearly says.. They are no more theirs.. Legally not divorced.. Coz God has furnished usbdivorce system.. But divorce not applicable here.. But they are not theirs anymore.. Any Muslims can marry these MARRIED women.. Remember here God's law only for married women. In that muhajireen un MARRUED women also would have come.. This migration is vital to emphasise and this is not normal situation..
As well married disbelieving women also be in that lot. God not allows.. They are married.. And they have their husbands... But someone has to look after these women. So ask what you spend.. But on these women they also would have spent so let them also ask.
6011 continues.. What happens if believer's wife goes to other party... So migration to here and migration to there as well.. Strangley God apply a different law.. God says give what this believing men spent on her.. Who will give..? It is the responsibility of those who rule the nation...
This is very specific and it works out only in complete law binding Muslim nation like of Mohameds nation.. So no one needs to complicate..
God has forbidden and that stands.. Anyine trying to forbid God will judge his or her destiny... They are fond of forbidding through inclination.. They don't know what they speak...

Note Allah didn't say disbelievera are not lawful for any believing women.. But specifically said they are not lawful for THEM... Wllqh could have said easily no disblievers is lawful in marriage...

For example, it is strictly forbidden/haram to marry the person with the title of Green Anarchism, who is currently writing on this forum.

But if he repented and became a Muslim tomorrow, his situation would change.

In your head what is special about muhajeerat that only they are prohibited? The verse says if you determine them to be believers than it is haram to marry kuffar. Therefore any believers cannot marry kuffar. the verse might be for a specific issue the muslims were facing, however it is clear that the laws were meant for all muslims.

Just because you want something to be halal doesn’t mean it is.

Just because you want something to be allowed doesnt mean it is.

Did you read the verse in arabic. It does not say “they are no longer lawful” it says “they are not lawful”.

Well last two sentences are applicable to anyone including you and me... so be careful before forbid something which allah has not forbidden.. Yes be careful in Permitting a matter.. But be with Quran... if You are 100% sure that it is forbidden then it is up to you... but i am 100 % sure it is not forbidden in the verse...

Muhajir is clearly written in this particular verse so it is... God could have easily left out MUHAJIR from the verse and made it common so it is applicable to all... But God chosen specifically with Muhajir... So, why disobey while it is meant for them... Are you a muhajir or someone who receives muhajir, if no then there is nothing for you to take from this verse literally rather than accepting the verse ...

Why you need "No longer lawful" "No longer forbidden" in verses..
They married each other ... so their marriage was lawful... They left their husbands ... Either by compulsion or on their own willingness in secret due to unbearable situations... So.. Once they go through a comprehensive screening by believers and once they found out they in fact believing women, don't sent them to those rebellious kafir ... it is unethical.. coz they don't want to go there.. God's order.. So not lawful for them... They left them coz of their (husbands) fault and not these women's fault.. So, Why to say No longer lawful?
in this verse THEY clearly indicates the connection to Muhajir women and their previous husbands and they are not lawful... Neither they maintained marriage life nor allowed them to live there peacefully,.. these women left/driven out... Why they should be lawful for them?

It makes the most sense that these were already nonbelievers then they decided to convert to Islam. After they converted, there marriage became haram because they were believers married to nonbelievers.

The verse does not say that it is haram to send them back. It says that the kuffar are not lawful husbands for the believers. Therefore they would be commiting a sin by staying married/ marrying a kafer.

Also in another part of the verse it tells believing men not to hold onto marriages with kuffar woman. No mention of muhajeerat

Why would God say La Junah (No blame) to marry a believing woman.. ponder dude..

what is special muhajirath kafir? lol..
The big difference is These Kafir women are married.. do you copy that? They are married.. They have their husbands... God never has allowed married women in marriage... Did He? exceptional in this verse 6010 but once found out they are believing women.. It is a huge favor.. Most probably they become as "Right hand possessed / Ma malakath Aymanakum" This is further clarified by verse 424 as well...

Their marriages became null to the the kuffar after they converted to Islam. After they converted they were no longer married because god does not consider their marriage contract as binding.
