The symbolism in this verse of Quran goes well with the myth of the Eye of Horus that is supposed to cause healing and restoration from the effects of disease and corruption, together with the symbolism of camel in Quran which often being used to represent the Sun, with camel specifically mentioned in its chapter 91 called the 'Sun', alongside the structural design of the Eye of Horus itself which seems more similar to a camel's eye than that of a human eye. Also, the symbolism comes from Egypt where the camel has been a major resource animal for many reasons since antiquity.

I DEFY you to bring me evidence of camels domesticated in Egypt before 700 BC. The Egyptians had no use for camels during Biblical times, because their culture was completely agrarian and pastoral. The camel was never an indigenous animal in their land. It was not introduced until much later. The Egyptians moved up and down the Nile on vessels, reaching as far as Ethiopia. Their trade with the Levant relied on caravans pulled by oxen, bulls, or draft horses. They also used ships to trade with other ports in north Africa and Europe. Do you see any drawings or graffiti of camels in the scriptures or on the building walls in Egypt's early history? The answer is NO.
