Can anyone help with the meaning of al mawludu lahu in 2233? Does in indicate ownership of a child with regards to custody? There are no direct ayahs regarding this matter but are there any ayahs that would help us understand?

A mother should not be subjected to suffer for her born progeny. Nor the one who has become father be pressed because of his born progeny.

And neither the son could be an averter of anything from his father.
