One thing I've been wondering since reading a translation of the Koran (feel free to attack the accuracy of my translation). In 16103 it says that the Koran is "clear Arabic tongue". If it is so clear, how is it then that it's been grossly misinterpreted over the centuries... even the people on this website are not in agreement over the meanings. I am aware of 37 which I personally believe is one of the most overlooked verses of the Koran; to me it means that you should follow the interpretation of your heart, but not try to impose it on others. Also, it is imperative to have knowledge in order to understand it seems. However, this sort of thinking seems to go contrary to the idea that the Koran is in "clear Arabic tongue".

Peace be upon you Claurianta ,

Its not that there is difficulty in translating, its just that there is too much FILTH in the Nafs(spirit/mind) of MOST of mankind, so they (we) cant see clearly. Those who deserve to be led astray by the apparent confusion will be led astray.

Yes, 917-10 tells us that our job is to purify the nafs

There is a verse that talks about the confusion being a way people are misled, but I have not used that verse in so long that I cant rememebr where it is, hopefully someone will come to my rescue with that verse.

                Yes that's true.
                That's why the Reading says

                "La Yamassuhu illa-lmutahharoon"
