Is We and Allah one and the same in 2.172?

(2172) O you who have believed, eat from the good things which We have provided for you and be grateful to Allah if it is Him that you worship.
Can anyone please elaborate on this?

"I" singular is used to emphasise GOD Alone always. Example
2014
"I am God; there is no other god beside Me. You shall Ubud Me alone, and observe the Salat to remember Me.
إِنَّنى أَنَا اللَّهُ لا إِلٰهَ إِلّا أَنا۠ فَاعبُدنى وَأَقِمِ الصَّلوٰةَ لِذِكرى"We is used either as a "Royal We" for God Alone, like 5016
We created the human, and we know what he whispers to himself. We are closer to him than his jugular vein.
وَلَقَد خَلَقنَا الإِنسٰنَ وَنَعلَمُ ما تُوَسوِسُ بِهِ نَفسُهُ وَنَحنُ أَقرَبُ إِلَيهِ مِن حَبلِ الوَريدِOr as "we" when also the Angels take part by GOD s order depending on the context of verses with "we"
Example- Where both "I" and "we" are used in the same verse

Thus, He* completed the seven universes in two days, and set up the laws for every universe. And we adorned the lowest universe with lamps, and placed guards around it. Such is the design of the Almighty, the Omniscient.فَقَضىٰهُنَّ سَبعَ سَمٰواتٍ فى يَومَينِ وَأَوحىٰ فى كُلِّ سَماءٍ أَمرَها وَزَيَّنَّا السَّماءَ الدُّنيا بِمَصٰبيحَ وَحِفظًا ذٰلِكَ تَقديرُ العَزيزِ العَليمِ
God alone created the universe (1851), but the angels participated in handling certain jobs in the lowest universe.
In 2081
Eat from the good things we provided for you, and do not transgress, lest you incur My wrath. Whoever incurs My wrath has fallen.
كُلوا مِن طَيِّبٰتِ ما رَزَقنٰكُم وَلا تَطغَوا فيهِ فَيَحِلَّ عَلَيكُم غَضَبى وَمَن يَحلِل عَلَيهِ غَضَبى فَقَد هَوىٰThe "we" is for GOD Alone and the Angels , part of the "Sujud to Adam" GOD uses them to help Beni Adam on earth like driving the clouds for rain, messengers , ...etc..

the main prove for this argument isAQ 297 Say “Whoever is an enemy to Jibril, then know that he has sent it down into your heart with the permission of God, authenticating what is with him, and a guide and good news for the believers.”
The explanation that sometimes the word "We" are used in relation to some divine task is because the malaika and jibril are also involved in performing those tasks with ALLAH as the commander and initiator. So that Jibril used the word "We"

Jibril is the messenger to the messenger. Both relay the words of GOD.
In essence GOD is speaking. They are His words ,not Jibril or Mohammed.
Or can one give the same argument and say Mohammed is part of "We?GOD s words means GOD is speaking to us through these messengers.

i I agree with most of what the link says. However GOD uses the Angels to do His will.
That only means the Angels take part by doing GOD s commands.
In reality GOD does everything.
So yes, one can argue and rightly so, that the we in Qoran and the I are both for GOD Alone as he alone initiates the command to be and it will be as the Angels are only the tool..
