Does Sura 4:43 adress men only?

Assalamu Alaykum, I've a question about the sura 443.
It appears to me that the sura is divided in 2 parts
the first part is generic and adress men and women
1º part O you who believe! Approach not As-Salat (the prayer) when you are in a drunken state until you know (the meaning) of what you utter, nor when you are in a state of Janaba, (i.e. in a state of sexual impurity and have not yet taken a bath) except when travelling on the road (without enough water, or just passing through a mosque), till you wash your whole body
And the second part adress only men or am i mistaken?
2º part And if you are ill, or on a journey, or one of you comes after answering the call of nature, or you have been in contact with women (by sexual relations) and you find no water, perform Tayammum with clean earth and rub therewith your faces and hands (Tayammum). Truly, Allah is Ever Oft-Pardoning, Oft-Forgiving.
In the second part, it looks like if the order to perform tayammum in case of sexual relationship is directed to men only.
Could you please help me understand it?

Without any speck of doubt men only and believing men only... At least those who believe in God alone... But salah here is not ritual salat but Quran revelation session... It's the duty of believing men to go and inform the believing women what was revealed and discussed abd cclarfied with direct answers from Allah... After all QURAN is to follow for all... Let those who learned pass its message...

Could you please provide some proof of why do you translate Salah in this ayas as something different from the ritual prayer?

Not only in this verse but in many a verses.. Salat = Quran revelation session (thus connection to God)
In entire Quran Salat means Connection, integrity /moral, Support, etc... Perceive it... Cannot convince by myself others and it should come with God's guidance alone..

This is how I understand 443
GOD is addressing those who believe - both gender-
443
Do not approach "The salat"- Something specific and defined by "AL" while "Sukara". until you are normal
Do not approach "The salat"- same thing as before-, while "Junuban" until you wash/cleanse yourself, unless you are on the road/travelling and the time of "The salat" is upon you without facility to wash.(What do you do then?)
In the case of illness or on the road or after answering the call of nature or after men "Lamastum" the women( here the definition of "Junuban" is clarified, -"Lamasa is done with both consent "Massa" is not - Amazing how GOD chooses the correct word!! contracted and consented- Marriage- sex by both gender is the only legitimate sex allowed by Qoran/GOD.) and you do not find water/or cannot access water Then both gender do "the tayammum". i.e prepare for "The salat" without water and observe it.If one does not know exactly what they are preparing for , can they guess it or innovate it?
This "The salat" should be something one can be certain about?
It is something taught to Abraham and passed down the line to us according to Qoran.
For me it is the physical connection to GOD prayer - contact prayer- passed down to us through the generations from Abraham.
"Thumma Awhayna Ilaika Ani Ittabii Millata Ibrahim Hanifa"- We inspired you to follow Millat Ibrahim including "The salat".

I'm sorry but it's still not clear where you get the BOTH genders from the ayah...
The ayah says clearlyor you have been in contact with women (spouse). It seems to me that Allah ios addressing men.
He could have said "or you have been in contact with your couple" and make it a general statement. He specified Man touching Woman
Could you please elaborate on it?

I will clarify
The Ayah is addressing believers both genders.
The bit you think is addressing men, I understand it as follow ;
GOD is giving the four things that need wash /or ablution before "The salat" and require "Tayammum" - No water or cannot use it_
1- illness/ disable. not able to use water or water unavailable
2- Travelling
3- Answering the call of nature
4 - Men "Lamastum" women. ( sexual relation/ Junuban for both after sex)
Then 2,3 and 4 also unavailable water. You believers( men and women) do Tayammum".
This is all 1 verse addressing believers at the beginning.

I am not here to convince anyone or to say that my understanding is superior to others... All I have to say is when addressed in Arabic as male it is male.. No two genders.. But don't look at Quran and restrict that way... Even in Quran it states " They (masculine) ask you" indeed males... God never meant females...Look verse 2183 .. "O you who believed" Does that mean Siyam is only for men? No... Believing men's are the direct recipients of Quran revelation and they only participate in Salah / Quran revelation session in which questions and answers are shared..believing men should inculcate believing women with what is revealed at least up until Quran became readable complete book...
So 2183 is for all believing men and women... But Siyam is self discipline not fasting like conventional people do..Or take the example of 971..
"The believing men and believing women are allies/supporters(Awliya) of one another. They (masculine) enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and establish integrity /moral (Salah) and bringforth purification (zakat) and obey Allah and His Messenger. Those Allah will have mercy upon them. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise."
When it's required Allah used both gender... But when used only masculine it is masculine... No other.. But what is the command and should be perceived...
In 2183 it is commanded for both to Siyam.. Directly addressed to male believers and they should pass the massage to female believers... But 443 message is only for male believers..actuon also only for male believers... Once salah is over go and inculcate female believers what was revealed . .
Or look at verse 841
"O you who believe! When you meet an army, hold firm and think of Allah much, that you may be successful."Male is male..never female... But it is Up to person to understand it right...
Suppose God commands a list of people whome we cannot marry... So females should know who is forbidden for her according to verses though no one is forbidden for her directly in Quran ...
Perceive Quran in depth... Don't ask for verses for everything...

The whole verse was towards men, most of the Quran is towards men. Women are an exception.
It should be noted that it is "o you who had believed" this is in the past perfect tense not present imperfect tense.
The verse is not addressing people today, it was to people in the time of the revelation.
