Sajda Sahw, or the Prostration of Forgetfulness, exemplifies Allah's mercy by enabling Muslims to rectify errors, including those in Sajda Sahw, in their prayers, ensuring their acceptance despite human fallibility. This practice underscores Islam's compassionate stance, recognizing and accommodating human forgetfulness and imperfection, even within the act of Sajda Sahw itself. For further guidance on Sajda Sahw, individuals may turn to authoritative Islamic jurisprudence sources or seek counsel from knowledgeable scholars well-versed in the intricacies of Sajda Sahw.

      Welcome Arneeb Fatima.

There are issues with things that cannot be confirmed in Qoran.
Where does this Sajda Sahw originate from?

We have to be careful with things that have a different authority than GOD. Or has GOD chosen a partner with Him/ given authority to give these thing that are not tn GOD s message/Qoran?

GOD warns us to follow/Ubud/serve only Him and follow only His words and accept only His authority, yet we take on other authority for our religion!

We have sent a messenger to every community, saying, "You shall follow/Ubud/Serve... God, and avoid idolatry." Subsequently, some were guided by God, while others were committed to straying. Roam the earth and note the consequences for the rejectors.

GOD s scripture is GOD s words only not others

We did not send before you except men whom we inspired. Ask those who know the scripture, if you do not know.
We provided them with the proofs and the scriptures. And we sent down to you this message, to proclaim for the people everything that is sent down to them, perhaps they will reflect.

The message is GOD s message/words only, GOD said He sent to us "everything that is needed for salvation"
But of course we still have the choice to follow GOD or follow whoever we choose to follow .
      GOD bless you.
      Peace.

        Aslamoalaikum
Allah mentioned many times in the Quran that follow me and also follow the Rasool/Prophet.
Say, “Obey Allah and obey the Messenger. But if you turn away, then he is only responsible for his duty1 and you are responsible for yours.2 And if you obey him, you will be ˹rightly˺ guided. The Messenger’s duty is only to deliver ˹the message˺ clearly.” (An-Nur 2454)

          Peace Arneeb Fatima.

Why does GOD only say "Follow the Messenger" and not "Follow the prophet" Or follow Mohammed"?
          Messenger = GOD s message.
Then "Messenger changes through the times and Qoran is also called "Messenger but is here to stay until the end time.

O people of the scripture, our messenger has come to you to proclaim for you many things you have concealed in the scripture, and to pardon many other transgressions you have committed. A beacon has come to you from God, and a profound scripture.
With it, God guides those who seek His approval. He guides them to the paths of peace, leads them out of darkness into the light by His leave, and guides them in a straight path.

The profound scripture Qoran is here as a messenger for all of us. All past or future messengers since Qoran will only provide this same message ; To follow only GOD Alone and His guidance.

I find it a blessing to just have Qoran.
Those drawn to Qoran will begin to read/study this book and take it seriously. Then they begin to value the contents. They will not dare follow any other book by another authority.
They will start to comprehend and appreciate how God has designed and structured His final scripture in perfect Arabic.

Then they would never underestimate what God says about His Quran to be divinely preserved for all coming generations, easy to understand( how to lead a better life), straightforward except for allegories, complete, perfect , fully detailed, and consistent without any ambiguity or contradictions.

They would distinguish the difference between truth and falsehood, divine and man-made. They know how deep, awesome, and glorious it is when God says He establishes the truth with His words. This fact instills reverence, humility, and a sense of certainty in their hearts.
Some verses will be absolutely clear to them like this

You shall recite/learn what is revealed to you of your Lord's scripture. Nothing shall abrogate His words, and you shall not find any other source beside it.

Then the journey begins and it will be ongoing. See where GOD takes the seeker with it and GOD Alone will teach what one can bare, benefit and need from it.

May God teach and strengthen those who believe in Him and His words at all times.
          GOD bless you.
          Peace.

            To Fatima
Your emphasis on approaching the Quranic verses with care, especially those instructing Muslims to obey the Prophet, is invaluable.

The Quran underscores this obedience in (533-4), "Nor does he speak from inclination. It is not but a revelation revealed." This passage highlights that the Prophet's words are not based on his own desires but are revelations communicated to him by God.

It's crucial to recognize that many Islamic traditions (which you or your colleagues are quoting in this forum lately) derive from Hadiths, which, unlike the Quran—directly spoken by God, are narrations(hadith) attributed to the Prophet by various narrators. Given their compilation some 200 years post the Prophet's demise, it's prudent to approach them with discernment, acknowledging the potential for discrepancies, however minor.

While not dismissing Hadiths outright, I advocate for engaging with them thoughtfully, especially after immersing oneself in the Quran's teachings. Such an approach may reveal instances where Hadiths diverge from Quranic messages.

Some verses for you to ponder

Surah Al-Hijr (159) "Indeed, it is We who sent down the Qur'an and indeed, We will be its guardian." This verse emphasizes God's commitment to safeguarding the integrity of the Quran.

Allah has sent down the best statement a consistent Book wherein is reiteration. The skins shiver therefrom of those who fear their Lord; then their skins and their hearts relax at the remembrance of Allah

Have they ever reflected on the wonders of the heavens and the earth, and everything Allah has created, and that perhaps their end is near? So what message after this ˹Quran˺ would they believe in?

It's important to consider the distinction between the term "Hadith" and Allah's promise to preserve the Quran in above verses. The question arises whether such a divine promise extends to the Hadith collections like Bukhari or Muslim. Linking the Quranic verse about obeying the Prophet directly to these Hadith books might not be entirely appropriate without careful reflection on the nature of preservation promised by Allah.

Allah also says in the Quran
Say, “I am not the first messenger ever sent, nor do I know what will happen to me or you. I only follow what is revealed to me. And I am only sent with a clear warning.”

So, this verse of the Qur'an shows that the Messenger also brings what Allah tells him through revelation.
Hadiths are also very important like Quran۔

                Peace Arneeb Fatima.

The only revelation the prophet got was Qoran why?

Because he has left no other books after his death. Which book of hadith did the prophet leave for us?
Yet he made sure Qoran was written down as it was revealed to him and left instructions of how it was to be arranged as this order of revelation was determined and instructed by GOD

Do not move your tongue to hasten it.
It is we who will collect it into Quran.
Once we recite/reveal/ it, you shall follow such a Quran.
Then it is we who will explain it.

Everything is done by GOD. GOD s soldiers are making sure Qoran carries on preserved and protected throughout the generation since it was revealed.
Because God states that Quran alone was all what was revealed to prophet Muhammad, and was all what this honest prophet delivered, uttered/recited, followed, or reminded with

The sole duty of the messenger is to deliver the message, and God knows everything you declare and everything you conceal.

Then we revealed to you this scripture, truthfully, confirming previous scriptures, and superseding them. You shall rule among them in accordance with God's revelations, and do not follow their wishes if they differ from the truth that came to you.....
You shall rule among them in accordance with God's revelations to you. Do not follow their wishes, and beware lest they divert you from some of God's revelations to you. If they turn away, then know that God wills to punish them for some of their sins. Indeed, many people are wicked.

Say, "Whose testimony is the greatest?" Say, "God's. He is the witness between me and you that this Qoran* has been inspired to me, to preach it to you and whomever it reaches. Indeed, you bear witness that there are other gods* beside God." Say, "I do not testify as you do; there is only one god, and I disown your idolatry."

I am simply commanded to worship the Lord of this town - He has made it a safe sanctuary - and He possesses all things. I am commanded to be a submitter.
And to recite/Utlua the Qoran. Whoever is guided is guided for his own good, and if they go astray, then say, "I am simply a warner."

We are fully aware of everything they utter, while you have no power over them. Therefore, remind with this Qoran, those who reverence My warnings.

This is the utterance of an honorable messenger.
Not the utterance of a poet; rarely do you believe.
Nor the utterance of a soothsayer; rarely do you take heed.
A revelation from the Lord of the universe.
Had he uttered any other teachings. We would have punished him.
We would have stopped the revelations to him.

                • Because God teaches us that prophet Muhammad never explained the Quran through any type of "Hadith" or "Sunna" as claimed by the vast majority of Muslims. He was commanded NOT to explain the Quran, and he followed that divine command

                • Because God assures us over and over that the only Sunna we must follow is God's Sunna (1513, 1777-twice- 3338, 3362 -twice- 3543 -twice- 4085, 4823 -twice). Any other Sunnas mentioned in the Qoran, are referring to the Sunna or the system of other entities and these verses teach us how we must reflect and note the bad consequences we face when we follow such man -made Sunnas!! (838, 1855, and 3543).

                • Because God states that Qoran is the only Hadith and the Best Hadith

Let them produce a Hadith like this, if they are truthful.

Which Hadith, other than this, do they uphold?

God has revealed herein the best Hadith; a book that is consistent, and points out both ways (to Heaven and Hell). The skins of those who reverence their Lord cringe therefrom, then their skins and their hearts soften up for God's message. Such is God's guidance; He bestows it upon whoever wills (to be guided). As for those sent astray by God, nothing can guide them.
                GOD bless you.
                Peace.

Are you Believe in the Companions of the Prophet Muhammad(SAW)? If yes, why do you not follow his teachings from the Companions of the Prophet Muhammad(SAW)?

                    Greetings to you Arneeb Fatima.

What teachings? The prophet only left us Qoran. His followers and companions followed What he followed Qoran.
So I am following Qoran .GOD said this about Qoran

This is a revelation of the scripture, from God, the Almighty, the Wise.

Then GOD asked the prophet to do this

We sent down to you this scripture, truthfully; you shall follow/serve/ worship God, devoting your religion to Him alone.

Then GOD asked us to follow in the footsteps of the prophet and said to us

Absolutely, the religion shall be devoted to God alone. Those who set up idols beside Him say, "We idolize them only to bring us closer to God; for they are in a better position!" God will judge them regarding their disputes. God does not guide such liars, disbelievers.
So I am following the prophet and the companions by following Qoran.
See here ,GOD is talking about the believers

Say, "O My servants who believed, you shall reverence your Lord." For those who worked righteousness in this world, a good reward. God's earth is spacious, and those who steadfastly persevere will receive their recompense generously, without limits.

And here is what GOD is asking me to say to all those who doubt GOD Alone authority and follow other than GOD s book only

Say, "I have been commanded to follow/serve/ worship God, devoting the religion absolutely to Him alone.
"And I was commanded to be the utmost submitter."
Say, "I fear, if I disobeyed my Lord, the retribution of a great day."
Say, "God is the only One I follow/serve/ worship, devoting my religion absolutely to Him alone.
"Therefore, follow/serve/ worship whatever you wish besides Him." Say, "The real losers are those who lose their souls, and their families, on the Day of Resurrection." Most certainly, this is the real loss.

                    GOD bless you.
                    Peace.

                      Assalam Alaikum brother,
Hazrat Muhammad (ﷺ) has left for us the Ibni teachings which he used to teach his Companions and I have already given you a verse about
                      (Suran An-Najm Ayat 1-4)
By the stars when they fade away!

Your fellow man is neither misguided nor astray.

Nor does he speak of his own whims.
It is only a revelation sent down ˹to him˺.

                        Peace Arneeb Fatima.

Precisely those verses are talking about GOD s revelations -Qoran-
Hazrat good logic will try to clarify for you that GOD sent one book and the prophet delivered that one book only -Yes Qoran-
                        Please reflect

Then we revealed to you (O Muhammed) this scripture, truthfully, confirming previous scriptures, and superseding them. You shall RULE among them in accordance with God's REVELATIONS, and do not follow their wishes if they differ from the truth that came to you. For each of you, we have decreed laws and different rites. Had God willed, He could have made you one congregation. But He thus puts you to the test through the revelations He has given each of you. You shall compete in righteousness. To God is your final destiny - all of you - then He will inform you of everything you had disputed.

You shall RULE among them in accordance with God's REVELATIONS to you. Do not follow their wishes, and beware lest they divert you from some of God's REVELATIONS to you. If they turn away, then know that God wills to punish them for some of their sins. Indeed, many people are wicked.

Is it the law of the days of ignorance that they seek to uphold? Whose LAW IS BETTER THAN God'S for those who have attained certainty?

Qoran is GOD s law and words. Hadiths are men s words/ nothing to do with GOD s religion, unless one wants to put a partner men s law and words with GOD!!!

How did the prophet Muhammed ruled during his life time ? Did he make his own laws or his own regulations?. Did he follow the Qoran, contradict the Quran, made a new Qoran? Did he change the laws of God ? Where are all these contradictions we see in the Hadiths books coming from ? It cannot be coming from prophet Muhammed.
They are made up lies about the prophet. See here ,GOD has not forgotten to mention Hadiths or anything else inspired to the prophet. Only Qoran is mentioned

Say, "Whose testimony is the greatest?" Say, "God's. He is the witness between me and you that this Qoran has been inspired to me, to preach it to you and whomever it reaches. Indeed, you bear witness that there are other gods beside God." Say, "I do not testify as you do; there is only one god, and I disown your idolatry."

We did not leave anything out of this book.

We have given them a scripture that is fully detailed, with knowledge, guidance, and mercy for the people who believe.

This Qoran could not possibly be authored by other than God. It confirms all previous messages, and provides a fully detailed scripture. It is infallible, for it comes from the Lord of the universe.

In their history, there is a lesson for those who possess intelligence. This is not fabricated Hadith; this (Qoran) confirms all previous scriptures, provides the details of everything, and is a beacon and mercy for those who believe.

The Qoran proclaims that it is complete, perfect, and fully detailed. Verses 6114-115 explain to us what "fully detailed" means. The Qoran is fully detailed for religious law and "complete in truth and justice."

Shall I seek other than God as a source of law, when He has revealed to you this book fully detailed? Those who received the scripture recognize that it has been revealed from your Lord, truthfully. You shall not harbor any doubt.

The word of your Lord is complete, in truth and justice. Nothing shall abrogate His words. He is the Hearer, the Omniscient.

And you still want to insist that Hazrat Mohammed disobeyed GOD and gave you his words and laws?

Do not pass on the message of those who lied about him. We need to pass on GOD s message like the prophet did and Heed GOD s words.
                        GOD bless you.
                        Peace.

                          Assalam Alaikum brother,

By the stars when they fade away!

Your fellow man is neither misguided nor astray.

It is only a revelation sent down ˹to him˺.

We can prove from Quran that the above only refers to God's revelations and not everything prophet spoke.

The Quran makes it clear that prophets were humans and therefore fallible. We have multiple examples of this Muhammad prohibiting something in his personal life when it was allowed by God (661), turning away from a blind man and giving attention to someone else (Chapter 80), an instance of fearing the people instead of God (3337); possibly seeking forgiveness for polytheists active in opposition even if they were kin (9113), possibly taking prisoners of war under incorrect conditions (867-69), hastily granting a leave of absence for insincere allies during wartime (943).

You claim Quran implies everything he spoke is divinely guided yet Quran points out errors he made in his personal decision making!

Thus you have created contradiction in Quran!

All information is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should always seek knowledge and verify for themselves when possible: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11.
