    PEACE, APPLE PIE,

    Prove it.

The individual will be along soon, but as I said...it is the least of your concerns right now. However, make no mistake about it...I don't care if you be believe or not on this matter...it will not change the reality of your unprovable theological assertions.

PBM "No you can't, because you cannot produce the verse where God Almighty, explicitly, uses the term "trinity" in regard to Himself nor can you produce the verse where Jesus or God, uses the term theoanthropos in regard to Jesus having a dual nature nature, period, end of story. Here, let me familiarize with to important terms

Main Entry WITNESS see for oneself one who has personal knowledge of something something serving as evidence or proof.

Main Entry HEARSAY evidence based on what someone has told the witness and not of direct knowledge The evidence of those who relate, not what they know themselves, but they have heard from others.

Your scripture/book, relative to God being a triune entity and Jesus having a dual nature nature, cannot be a witness to itself, because the explict terms for these natures are not to be found in it, hence, no proof...prove ALL things..1Thess.521. Thus, all you have, is...hearsay/conjecture to follow, but no direct explicit/knowledge to support your two basic theological tenets".

    Can we say strawman??

You can say whatever you wish, however, it still will not change the reality.

Should you ever use one, then you will quickly understand that your book of faith copies the Holy Bible up to (and including) the Triune Creator and the deity of Jesus.

The lexicon, once again, is NOT scripture...okie dokie D

    Quote
Epithets are nice if you want to summarize the sum total concept of a set of scriptures to a single word?..like you seem be infatuated with...However?you seem fixated on the epithets?, however, the test for any assertion related to God, lies in proving, via His Scriptures, what one is ascribing to Him.

I?m glad that you agree?Epithets are no substitute for the scriptures that they represent.

I don't agree at all, where do you get this from LOL! Your bible, mentions three natures...theos, pneumatikos, and anthropos...all natures and all eptithets, and all scripture. So, where are the scriptural epithets/natures---triune and theoanthropos?

Perhaps you need to keep with this train of thought instead of repeatedly contradicting yourself in your very own posts?

LOL! Perhaps you should simply learn how to read with comprehesion...how"s that D

I freely admit that the terms that you ?demand? be found in the Holy Bible are epithets. Epithets are defined as terms that define the nature of a thing. The nature of the things that they represent are inherently contained in both the Holy Bible.

PBM Whether you call them epithets, names, designations, appelations, labels, or whatever, if you or anyone is going to assign a particular nature to God or His Messenger, then you are required to produce the where they explicitly said that about themselves, hence, an epithet is required. If this is not done, then one is simply ascibing things to God and Jesus, where they themselves did not assign those things to themselves. Thus, without those epithets, all your faith amounts to is

Matt.159...teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

Col.222...the commandments and doctrines of men.

    PROVE ALL THINGS...1Thess.521.

You are vacillating back and forth again? You just got finished stating this??the test for any assertion related to God, lies in proving, via His Scriptures, what one is ascribing to Him??. Now?you turn right around and begin demanding that an epithet ? NOT ?His scriptures? ? be found in the scriptures?! What?s is going to be?? Time to get a grip.

LOL! Man, you are dense. Anyway, yes, I demand where the scriptural epithet, scriptural name, scriptural designation, scriptural appelation--triune and theoanthropos, can be found in your bible. Without that, scripturally, your scripture cannot bear itself out/prove the two main tenets of its belief/ be a witness to itself...got it now? D

Finally?.now you are beginning to see the picture.

    Yup, I do...your denial defies description! D

Using your ?logic??..then you cannot possibly have a position ?pro? or ?con? for the Trinity, as the word is never ONCE mentioned in your book of faith?

Listen, people can have a pro and con position on Trinity if they wish, however, what is for certain is...it is not in your scripture, hence, you cannot assign it to God, because He does not explicitly use that term in regard to His nature in your scripture.

As such, since the word trinity (by your very own admission) cannot be found in your Koran, then you have no basis for denouncing it?unless, of course, you are blindly and slavishly following the second death course of Islam?

I didn't say whether or not trinity can be found in Al-Quran, what I said was...it doesn't matter, because trinity is your belief, hence, you have to find it in YOUR book in order to prove this major tenent of YOUR belief system. Guess what?...you can't do it! Give it up, Pie. D

Nope, you haven't and, what's more,...you know it No direct statement from God saying "My nature is triune" and Jesus saying "My nature is theoanthropos", then, ...no proof for your belief...and that my friend...is the big bottomline.

Here is Biblical evidence for the Triune God of the Holy Bible?

Hmmm...can the words...triune and anthropos, be found in those verses? No? Well, guess what?...you can't prove your belief system then, because God never use the word triune in regard to himself nor does He use the term theoantropos in regard to Jesus.

Enough of going in circles with you, Pie. You have pie all over your face. Clean yourself up and then come to Al-Islam...before a time comes when you cannot do so.

    Peace.

      Interesting?.

You cannot even back up your assertion?again.... lol

      Lexicons define the original languages.

Since you never use them?.how would you even know??

      Now we are seeing progress?

You have just acknowledged the usage of scriptures in the collation of your epithets.

You are debasing yourself to name calling now?

Usually, we see this at the tail-end of a discourse when the perpetrating party has seen the futility of their position and has exhausted all other possibilities.

You have come to this point rather soon in our discussion.

For you to even acknowledge the Trinity in the first place tells us that you have been exposed to it.

Furthermore?.your plagiarized argument that you are using derives itself from the scriptures in the first place?!

Time to stop chasing your own tail.

Fact of the matter is Muslims are the first ones to jump on the Bible-bashing bandwagon if there is even a hint of a difference between the Holy Bible and that of their second-hand copied Koran.

That does not change the fact that the word ?Trinity? is not mentioned in your book of faith.

The best that the Koranic authors could do is to state what the Trinity is not?

      Now?this is nice?

Not only can you NOT refute the Biblical evidence that was presented before you?the scriptures that represent the very epithets that you claim to have derived from the scriptures in the first place? but you have also decided to turn your head and cough when presented with your very own Koranic evidence in support of the Biblical position.

Why not just slap your ?prophet? in the face while you are at it??

      Way to go?

      Thanks?

I didn't plagerize anything. Anyway, that I use your own scriptures against you, only substantiates their inappropriteness for mankind's guidance.

No, you refuted nothing, but you got refuted and that is why your posts lack substance...you have nothing concrete to bring in the defense of your belief. Without the scriptural designations--trinity and theoanthropos, your belief system remains utterly refuted. Can I have an Amen! D

Take a break from posting for awhile and get yourself together.

4171 You The Book's people, do not exaggerate/exceed the limit in your religion, and do not say on (about) allah except the truth , but the Messiah, Jesus, Mary's son (is) allah's messenger and His word/expression He threw it away to Mary, and a Soul/Spirit from Him; so believe with allah, and His messengers, and do not say "Three." No, I'm just staying focused. I want you to post the verses which contain the scriptural designation for "triune nature" and "theoanthropos nature". What other scripture you post is not relevent to you meeting your burden of proof, per verse, 1Thess. 521.

PBM I didn't say whether or not trinity can be found in Al-Quran, what I said was...it doesn't matter, because trinity is YOUR belief, hence, you have to find it in YOUR book in order to prove this major tenent of YOUR belief system. Guess what?...you can't do it! Give it up, Pie. Nope, you haven't and, what's more,...you know it. No direct statement from God saying "My nature is triune" and Jesus saying "My nature is theoanthropos", then, ...no proof for your belief...and that my friend...is the big bottomline.

                What is an epithet??

                You tell us.

That does not change the fact that the word ?Trinity? is not mentioned in your book of faith. Who knows if it is in al-Quran or not. What is most important though is is...it is definitely not in YOURS! LOL!!

Let me guess?..you actually believe in Islam?s so called ?prophet??.when he is not even mentioned in the Koran?.?

I believe in Allah and His Messenger.

Now, you can understand the silliness of the argument that you plagiarized?

                I didn't plagerize anything.

Anywy, it is your argument that is silly...and tragic. You die with your belief and Hell is your destination.

                This is YOUR faith

Matt.159...teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

Col.222...the commandments and doctrines of men.

Now?.We knew that you could quote Biblical scripture when it suits your motives.

Too bad you don?t understand the term of context?

LOL!! Here we go..the old "context game". You're like a drowning man...thrashing wildlyabout...splashing...splashing...splashing...arms flingly wildly about...desperately trying to find something to keep you afloat...gasping...and splashing. LOL! What a hoot! Listen, you'd better grasp the "context" before it is too late for you and you...drown.

PBM No, you refuted nothing, but you got refuted and that is why your posts lack substance...you have nothing concrete to bring in the defense of your belief. Without the scriptural designations--trinity and theoanthropos, your belief system remains utterly refuted. Can I have an Amen!

We enjoy watching you slavishly come back for more, and more?all the time chasing your tail?

LOL! Well, call me slavish, call me crazy, but I've really do enjoyed kicking you around, Pie, however, my leg is getting tired now

We are just getting started?Don?t quit on us now?

Well, if you don't come up with those scriptural designations I requested by next post, you are going to have to have to find someone else to kick you around.

You've lost this debate, Pie. If you don't believe me, pull out the fork stuck in your head and check it...you will see then that you are ...done

                Peace.

Since Islam has closed your eyes to the Holy Bible?.perhaps you can open them long enough to see what your so-called ?prophet? wrote?

Don't worry about the "prophet", worry about your own inability to prove your belief system.

                      APPLE PIE,

Print this out and make copies and post them around your house...perhaps in that way the information may finally stick. Study it carefully.

Your bible, mentions three natures...theos, pneumatikos, and anthropos...all natures and all eptithets, and all scripture. So, where are the scriptural epithets/natures---triune and theoanthropos?

You cannot produce the verse where God Almighty, explicitly, uses the term "trinity" in regard to Himself nor can you produce the verse where Jesus or God, uses the term theoanthropos in regard to Jesus having a dual nature nature, period, end of story. Here, let me familiarize with two important terms

Main Entry WITNESS see for oneself one who has personal knowledge of something something serving as evidence or proof.

Main Entry HEARSAY evidence based on what someone has told the witness and not of direct knowledge The evidence of those who relate, not what they know themselves, but they have heard from others.

Your scripture/book, relative to God being a triune entity/nature and Jesus having a dual nature nature, cannot be a witness to itself, because the explict terms for these natures are not to be found in it, hence, no proof...prove ALL things..1Thess.521. Thus, all you have, is...hearsay/conjecture to follow, but no direct explicit/knowledge to support your two basic theological tenets".

You've refuted nothing, but you been refuted and rebuked and that is why your posts lack substance...you have nothing concrete to bring in the defense of your belief. Without the scriptural designations--trinity and theoanthropos, your belief system remains utterly refuted and rebuked.

                      All you have is

Matt.159...teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

Col.222...the commandments and doctrines of men.

You're like a drowning man...thrashing wildly about...splashing...splashing...splashing...arms flingly wildly about...desperately trying to find something to keep you afloat...gasping...and splashing..getting ever more desperate for one more breath...

                      And remember to...

                      PROVE ALL THINGS...1Thess.521.

                      Later.

                      D

? ?wa? and do not say "Three." Stop (it is) best for you,
? but Allah (is) one Allah,
? ?yakoona? verily he shall be a child for Him
? what (is) in the skies/space
? ?wa? and what (is) in the earth/Planet Earth, enough/sufficient with Allah (as a) guardian/protector.

It is clear from the text that Jesus is both Mary?s and (in this case) ?allah?s? son.

Same theme copied from the Holy Bible.

Observe that Jesus is not merely ?allah?s messenger; but he is also ?wa? his Word.

Same theme copied from the Holy Bible.

Furthermore, the ?allah? of the Koran is shown to have a Spirit which is also imputed into Jesus.

Same theme copied from the Holy Bible.

Thus?.we have just witnessed three elements of ?allah?.

                              Now...look what is stated next?

                              ?do not say "Three."

Why should we not say that ?allah? is three when we were just told of three elements that pertain to him?.?

                              Here?s why?

                              Because?

                              ?Allah (is) one Allah?

                              What a novel idea.

                              Sound familiar?.?

It should, as it is lifted right out of the Holy Bible.

Furthermore?look at what the text states after this?

?verily he shall be a child for Him?

Rock-solid Biblical confirmation that Jesus is God's son!!!

I have to ask; can it really get much clearer than this for the die-hard Muslim?.?!

Straight from their very own book of faith?

                              No more excuses...

Ooo I really should stay out of this but I'll respond anyways.

Pie, are you not from God? Or did appear out of nowhere? Everything and everyone is from God. You, me, Muhammad, Adam, Jesus... everyone.

Mark was the first of the four gospels to be written. It was written in the time for early Christians who were facing persecution. It is well known that each of the four gospel writers put their own spin on the Jesus story. Matthew seems to show the Jewish side of Jesus more than anything else, which was in aid of the Jewish wing of the early church. However, Luke came from a completely different angle, coming from the Roman view. He packaged his book full of teachings and miracles to show that any civilised Roman of that time could trust in Jesus.

As a slight correction, it was John that shows him as the great miracle worker and tries to make him divine.

Luke shows him to be a healer.

Mark shows him to be a rebel.

Mathew shows the more Jewish side as you stated.
