I have no idea what the original poster said but the title intrigued me. It makes more sense that how long the prayer is shouldn't be defined by how many rakas one performs but how long time-wise one performs one raka. I think a person would glorify God more consciously performing one raka for an extended period of time than several relatively short rakas that are the same.
