ar-Raquim (18:9) and marqoom (83:9, 83:20)

I will try to explain ar-Raquim (189) and marqoom (839, 8320) in the light of the Reading because it explains itself
I understand kitab marqoom as a detailed book/record where all our actions are inscribed without any omission
- And the record was displayed, so you see the criminals fearful of what is in it. And they Say ?Woe to us!, what is wrong with this record that it does not leave out anything small or large except that it has counted it.? And they found what they had done present. And your Lord does not wrong anyone.
WawudiAAa alkitabu fataraalmujrimeena mushfiqeena mimma feehi wayaqooloona yawaylatana ma lihatha alkitabi layughadiru sagheeratan wala kabeeratan illaahsaha wawajadoo ma AAamiloo hadiranwala yathlimu rabbuka ahadan
It is a record where each is given his account (6920, 6925-26)
What about as-hab the cave wich are as-hab ar-Raquim?
- 189 Do you think that the Dwellers of the Cave, the Upholders of Raqeem were of Our wondrous signs?
Am hasibta anna as-haba alkahfi waalrraqeemi kanoo min ayatinaAAajaban.
The word "as-haba" is frequently used in the Reading (20135)
I think "as-haba alrraqeemi" means the Upholders of the inscribed book in the light of the Reading

We narrate to you their news with truth. They were youths who believed in their Lord, and We increased them in guidance.
Nahnu naqussu AAalaykanabaahum bialhaqqi innahum fityatun amanoo birabbihim wazidnahum hudan -
And We made firm their hearts when they stood and said ?Our Lord, the Lord of heavens and Earth, we will not call besides Him any god. If we have done so then it was in error.?
Warabatna AAalaquloobihim ith qamoo faqaloo rabbunarabbu alssamawati waal-ardilan nadAAuwa min doonihi ilahan laqad qulna ithanshatatan -
?Here are our people, they have taken gods besides Him, while they do not come with any clear authority. Who then is more wicked than one who invents lies about God??
They seek refuge in the cave because they were the the Upholders of the inscribed book; the divine book
- So when you withdraw from them and what they serve besides God, seek refuge in the cave, and your Lord will distribute His mercy upon you and prepare for your problem a solution.

Companions of the Cave and The Raqeem.
Raqeem derives from Raqam (number)
Marqoom is A num?rically structured Book
And Im Quitte sure it has to do something with the Time since the Story of the companions of the Cave related to the Time and ressurection.
