Is touching a Na Mehram 'Zina'?!

I read somewhere that touching, kissing or hugging a na mehram is included in zina... is it true... is it haraam to kiss a fiancee?! i'm really confused about this n i want the muslims with gud knowledge of islam to reply my msg if u know the hadees i would like u to quote the hadees as well

Brother we dont follow hadiths here. Hadiths are a joke. Anyways, regarding to your question I dont find anything wrong with kissing or hugging your fiancee. That shows you care about each other. But sex is a no no.
And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and keep covered their private parts, and that they should not show-off their beauty except what is apparent, and let them place their covers over their chests. And let them not show-off their beauty except to their husbands, or their fathers, or fathers of their husbands, or their sons, or the sons of their husbands, or their brothers, or the sons of their brothers, or the sons of their sisters, or their children that come after them, or those who are still their dependants, or the male servants who are without need, or the child who has not yet understood the composition of women. And let them not move their hips in a manner that reveals what they are keeping hidden of their beauty. And repent to God all of you believers that you may succeed.

acctually i'm a new member n just came across dis site while surfin' da net n dint search nethin' on site... thanx for replyin' brother! i was really confused after readin' somewhere that even eye-contact is called as haraam n a girl unnecessarily speaking to a guy is haraam as well n both do get included in zina.... i still want others to reply over this topic

Lol i see what you are trying to say. But the kind of hug and kiss im talking about is not the 'come here baby and let me give you some loving' kind of kiss and hug. More of a 'i really care about you and i hope you know that' kind of kiss and hug wink

I agree that hugging and kissings are ok if it's not leading to sexual intercourse.
But the importance in this is that the two persons must known eachother for some time, so no totally strangers.And there would be a longing to get married later on.
And don't forget about friends, they can kiss on the cheek and hug a friend of the opposite gender if it is done in a friendly way.
Don't forget about RESPECT so please ask first if it's ok to kiss a lady before u do it.
