Helping Others as we Should

I have been to several places in Africa, Europe and around many other parts of this world. In Abuja Nigeria there comes consist of 10X10 brick buildings lined one beside the other. There Bathroom is a ditch dug out behind there huts/houses. They use a 5 gall. Bucket to take a bath in and they do not have the privilege to change the water as more than one person takes a bath with the same water. There meals if they have one are mostly rice and plantain. There are many people across these worlds that are suffering because of wars that have been going on for years. It just when these things hit close to home or have to do with our lives and family that we become interested. It is our jobs as those who follow God to always help these people in any way possible. Sometimes Gods provides us the ability to send food and money. But sometimes all we can do is pray for those God loves and for those who do not love God as well. As this is part of our responsibility. We are to give to others without regard or retreat. Some people don?t want to help others unless they are going to get a reward for it. Some do it to make themselves look good in the eyes of others. This is also wrong. We should help others all the time in any way we can. And we should do this out of love. The same love our God shows us.

Respectfully.I do agree that we should strive to help all those who really need help, but at the same time we have to be carefull when we send money because people tend to abuse this generosity of some truly honest people and use our money that we intended for the food to buy guns.
I would never send any money to countries where brothers in faith kill each other because of the land, oil, power, religion or any other petty thing. I would love to send food, clothes, medicine and help them get educated but of course i am just one person.
I can pray for them and hope everything goes well for all but The Almighty God, The Most Merciful will truly HELP them all.
