Prayers - When And How Many?

As salamu alaykum wr wb.
Respectfully.Listen, ladies and gentlemen, we have opened so many topic on this issue but i seriously think and believe that we have to get to the bottom of this, GOD willing.
How many prayers are there and when do we perform them?
I mean, some say there are 5 prayers, some say there are 3 and some say there are 2. Now, i'd like to know, who is right, who is wrong, how can we prove any of that and how do we stay sure that we are right, once we establish the truth.
If there are 5 prayers in the Quran or 3 or 2, then please provide evidence, all of the evidence, not just a sample, please, it is necessary, this is about our lives in the Hereafter, remember?
I would like to start my own research on this issue and first i need to know some facts

How do you say perform the prayer in Arabic? I would like to know this, because i wanna know where to look for it in the Quran.

When The Allah says in the Quran, to remember Him, to glorify, what does that exactly mean and how does one do that? I already know, but i want to be sure, right, always verify everything, right?

Where in the Quran is prayer mentioned as the one that is performed with a human body? Provide everything, from bow, prostrate, stand in the prayer, pray, ......
Thanks, i hope that we will close this topic once and for all, i hope that this topic will lock all further talk about prayer only under the condition that we come to the bottom of how many prayers are there, how many must be perforemed within 24 hours, when are they to be made and so on.

This point reminds me of a thought that occurred to me once while thinking about this same thing... We know that the Qur'an mentions figs, dates, pomegranates, bananas, grapes....Just imagine someone wanting to endorse the idea that God commanded us to make and eat fruit salad made out of these specific fruits (which is something all of his forebearers and everyone that he knows does, including doctors who highly recommend it) and wanted to prove that we must eat fruit salad by saying that the Qur'an mentions the above fruits in different ayat. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't deny them the right to make their fruit salad. However, in the end, does this support the practice that advocates that we must put them all together into one dish and make fruit salad out of them just as these people have seen fit to do, and that furthermore, we are obligated to make this fruit salad?
