Hi am new around here, if hadith are fake then Qu'ran can be fake too...

... Well I am a Muslim, but am not even fasting or anything. Since I really started learning about Islam and looking into it, I thought this is no different from any other religion and legends in other religions. But I kept going back to the Qu'ran and reading Sura two. And then I would think to myself maybe I am making a mistake maybe I don't know should leave it.
By the way I am 23 years old male I am a Cheema.
Like now my head is screwed sometimes I get a really liberating feeling that great Islam is fake now I can drink and do various other things. But then I think to myself maybe I am leaving Islam because I want to do that. So then I think forget it I am not going to leave Islam but just live as a bad Muslim.
Now I have read the hadith some are pretty hilarious, my favorite one is "If the wife doesn't have sex with the husband then the angels curs her till the morning" lol and the other one "...women are deficient in intellect and relgion..." at first I must admit. I thought I can get married and treat my wife like shit and get away with it, I mean come on 4 obedient wifes who doesn't want that?
But then I started thinking, and I thought what kind of a dumbass person would that make me? I mean desprecting women like this. So I thought I'll not do that I broke my engagement off with my fianc? she was a Muslimah. I thought I'm just going to end up walking all over her is she lets me.
So anyway I realized surely the hadith sound odd and can't be from good, some of these Persian men were probably having a laugh while "compiling" them.
So I started learning more about Persians, and I found out they used to follow another religion zonathizom (don't know the spelling) before Islam, and they also had 5 daily prayers which they did at the Fire Temple. Now am thinking hold up this sounds alot like Islam, then it got even more strange, when it talking about cleanliness and you had to wash yourself before doing the prayers. Then I am thinking right, Mohamed must have got this Idea from them.
Then I realized hold-up, Mohamed never wrote the Qu'ran himself, so then I thought maybe these Muslims were getting all these ideas from other religions an making them and using them for Islam.
Things like Jinn I mean who the hell has ever seen a jinn? come on! and angels Mohamed flying on a Buraq going through space, I mean you might aswell believe in pink flying unicorns.
So I am really thinking all of Islam is made up.
What do you guys have to say about that?

Islam with a capital "I" is the title of a religion. You are right, many things in traditional "Islam" are messed up but that is because it is a mix of truth & falsehood, like most other religions. Thus, I recommend you return to 'al quran' ('the reading' to see what it says about islam (submission).

And I do mean it. You may go through an emotional roller coaster over the next few months or so. Take a break...breathe... exhale.. and then begin again. You need a starting point. You are frustrated, and you have rights to be. You have felt betrayed, and you also are entitled to that as well. You feel wronged, mislead and down right bamboozled! ??? It is ok. We all have been there at one point. Don't give up.
You have a life to live and a soul to protect. Certain things you can not deny. Once you are over your pain and anger. That will be totally up to you, then you may come to see an appreciation for your new curiosity.
You can choose to give in to the anger or use that energy to focus on finding out what The Peace (islam) is.
One of the big problem is in the translations that are out there.
Some are purposely mistranslated to control the masses into believing in the way that "they" ( whoever they maybe)
see fit. You will have to break those shackles and not abandon yourself in the process. Read different translations out there. If you don't read and understand the arabic of the reading (Al Quran) You can check out the one available on this site and surf the net for others as well. Google it. You are taking a step, God willing in the right direction to freedom of the mind. yay Religion is a way to control the masses. Peace is freedom within one's self. peaceI hope the best for you. I agree with Shirley and Wakas. You need to read the quran without the proverbial "blinders" on anymore before you can make a judgment call on real Islam...
And by the way, Islam as stated by the quran, was never considered a "religion". Deen = a way of life. It focuses on the individual with respect to others, self, environment in order to better all three. That's very different from organized religion that focuses on conformity, slogans, dress codes, mannerisms to prove to others you are part of the cult and not really do much in the way of actions.

I think you should read the quran and find out where it differs with these teachings to which you hold abhorrance and also to see if any of the teachings can actually be promoted by the quran. God claims his word is consistent look for the inconsistencies and then you have to see why it is inconsistent. It may be a problem with the way you understand some ayatin in relation to others. There may really be inconsistencies therein after all. I think it is important that you keep in mind that because there is no compulsion for you to uphold anything the quran teaches you shouldn't waver if you feel, after finding the evidence, that the quran is not for you.

Here is how I would view the situation in general.
God gives His decree/system to man, then Satan does his best to mutate this decree/system while still making the people think they are doing good or following God.
Therefore, since God has been sending His messengers since the begining of our race, and since his message is always the same, then it is not strange to see Satan`s handiwork duplicated over time and place.
The zorastans you mentioned most probably started off following one of God
s messengers (possibly Abraham) and then had the decree/system twisted by Satan where they ended up worshipping the fire (a miracle of Abraham was him being thrown in the fire and surviving) which is not far from the Christians worshipping the cross as a sign of Jesuss suffering and resurection...Then presto, no more Gods system but Satans. -

Dear Cheema, the things you refered too as for example buraq are indeed taken from the Persians. The concept that Jinn are spirits is folkore. The Quran is not refering to a religion, but a Deen. A perfect system of life. After the Prophet the Persians, Jews Christians, Pagans and kings have totaly distorted the message of the Quran by making up Hadith, and changing the meanings of words. The Quran is not a miracle-religious book, but it is meant to be the constitution for mankind. All systems made up by humans will fail, be it capitalism or communism or democracy how it is played now. All will fall inot misery, or as the Quran puts it, into Hell on earth.
We can only create the perfect society through the Quran. The biggest mistake was that people approached the Quran as they approached the Thora or Gospel. As a regigious book that is only foccussing on the Hereafter. But the Quran talks for 90% about this life. The Quran proves itself to be true by all the science and logic in it. You must not confuse it with Hadith. 1400 years has distorted much of the message and only through hard study can it be regained again.

You all tell me to read the Qu'ran but it doesn't make any sense. You very soldemoly know what the story is about the historical background. Its all jumbled up. Also most of the chapters don't even donate to the context of that its going to be in the chapter. Sometimes you can know which battle Allah is referring to and at what time the verse was revolved and what was the context. You need the hadith too do this or, a Tafisar or else you can inpretpert the Qu'ran in various different ways yourself. For example in one verse allah says appreach your women how you want, so thoes that mean we can have anal sex? as anal sex is banned by the hadith and not the Qu'ran. This is just one exmple.
How do you do the prayers? If you go just based on the Qu'ran you don't even need to pray you can probably drink if you can handle your drink, have sex with your wife what ever way you want. Beat her is you want, accuse her of adulatory even without 4 reliable witness ect. Man can divorce the woman, but the woman can't divorce the man? In inheritance doesn't make any sense its totals there are mathematical errors. The Qu'ran repeatedly says obey Allah and his apostle, so how do you do that?
