Suggestion of An Arabic Forum under the SAME GREAT SITE !
-
Salam Layth,
Thanks for your quick response, our group bought a domain and they are now trying to design the forum from http//www.phpbbarabia.com/ , but nevertheless we could still Co-operate by linking our sites together, so that we will not create an english section in our forum and we will refer all users to your site, and we will link our site to yours as Progressivemuslims.com is linked to this.
We will also translate essays of Dr. Ahmed Subhi Mansour into English and publish them in your site.
We look forward co-operating with each others.

Peace,
It would be easier to provide a link to an Arabic forum rather than mess with this one and create a sub-forum...If your forum project does not work out, then I will see how to add the Arabic language package to this one (I am not a tech guy, so I avoid these type of actions incase I crash the whole forum - which I have done once before).

SaLam Layth and beamer
Can i make a sujjestion? I think, it would be better if Layth made a new main Category, called it ArabiaphpB (see example) and then added topics to it which is linked to beamer's forum. This way, people from this forum can go to beamer's forum. Beamer, you can do the same thing on your end so people from your forum can come to our forum.
For example, there is a Main Category with a category
Projects / Accomplishments
- God Alone Projects
So the new cateogry will be like this
ArabiaPHPbb
- Link to category one
- Link to category two.
Just a sujjestion

Greetings,,
We are done from making our Arabic Forum, the link is
www.fykr.net/forum (Fykr in Arabic means Thoughts)
And the name of the forum is Montada Fykr 7or (In English Free Thoughts)
We added English Forum, and when someone click on it he will be directed to you, and we hope you do the same, To add a new section called "Arabic Forum" and when someone click on it, so it directs him back to us.
Thank you

Salam Beammer, all,
Thanks all ..
All of our services and effort for Allah the almighty.
Congratulations for the job well done. May God the All-Mighty reward you and your team for the efforts.
Excuse my ignorance but I wanted to subscribe and participate however I could not. Maybe I missed some instructions plus the fact that there is no "tash'keel" it makes it hard for me to master everything on that website. Can you please help in this regard, how can I post for instance?
Also, would it be possible to have a short summary on the different thinkers? I personally know Dr. Shahrour as I had once an opportunity to talk to him, he is merely a wonderful intellectual believer but all the other names don't look familiar to me. This is a suggestion only. Many thanks in advance for any help.
Peace. Myr.P.S In debating the topic "who are al-quraniyeen (followers of Quran only), it is mentioned this name or label (of Quraniyeen) first appeared in 1977. Can you please point to some references that I can better understand how all this started? Again thanks a million in advance. Peace. Myr.

Dr. Ahmed Subhi Mansour is also very known, they called him Qurani a 1977, and the "Quranyeen" started with him back then, when he realized that Quran should be followed only, specially that he graduated from Azhar University and had his P.h.D from there.
