As for placebo, im not sure what to belive anymore in this regard. I had backpains and fell over a druid who touched my back a few places and without me saying a thing, located the right spot and did some hokus pokus, and gone it was.
She then went on to tell me. You would have less pains if you found a lover, and started to relax more. Your love shakra, sex shaktra and spiritual shaktra feels totally blocked up. I think all this shaktra stuff is pure vudoun, but that said, the truth is that i dont have a lover, has turned into an emotional square,and im thinkin and analyzing way to much for my own good.

The same think with all this crystal healing stuff. acupuncture and what have you. there is no good explanation as to why it works. But shit works, apparently, regardless of you believing in it or not.

Although I don't drink coca cola because I don't have caffeinated drink I personally am not convinced that coca cola is some sort of deadly drink.
I haven't heard of any cases of people suffering from problems caused by coca cola, I don't think my government would keep this drink legalised if it was this harmful because it would cause the NHS problems, more problems caused than solved. I personally am not convinced about the snake oil. The only evidence I see is that it has a lot sugar and caffeine and all that is written on the back and the drinker can taste it when they consume the drink, so as far as I am concerned people know very well what they are drinking. Lots of sugar and caffeine.

Snake oil can be used to clean ball bearings and be used in significant amounts to produce this popular drink? A bit far fetched at the moment because there is no evidence of the harms of snake oil being present.
I have read a book about coca cola, there journey to globalistation was a long and tough one, it used to contain cocaine in it's original recipe until cocaine was made illegal. a Dr Pemberton made the recipe, many tried to compete with similar colas but they were simply not that good.
I personally am trying a few herbal teas by Twinings at the moment, they use herbs that have been used for centuries for aiding digestion, relaxation etc. There are different varieties for different purposes, caffeine free too. They also have antioxidants which are really good for the body.

I drink a lot of Coke when I have a stuffed head (nothing like it when you have a cold) but only with LOADS of ice. I prefer fruit juice to anything but coke is lot cheaper. i HATE milk, drink water all night and rarely drink alcoholic stuff (though i do enjoy getting a load on now and then with friends). It's Coke. it may not be great for ya, and sure it is addicting as hell, but it's GOOD! As long as you are not trying to live off the crap, why the hell not. Moderation is the key no?

I agree, however I just love it, in fact any food I eat must have a coke with it while eating, if there is no coke, I can'r really eat, my wife knows that to a degree that when we run out she gets upset that I will not eat and then lame me for it because I'm the only coke drinker in the house
just like cigarettes and coffee... but you take that too right? Coffee is less harmful to the body than coke, but I dont drink that either.

yeh mate it was really good in stopping her crying, believe it or not she was born at 26 weeks and was 770 grams, that is about 1.71 lbs
now she is a big 14 years old girl and even taller than her mother, I reckon the coka cola I fed her has something to do with it lol

Cow's milk is not great for humans because our digestive system is designed to handle human milk specifically. there are protiens in cows milk that can reak havoc on a human digestive system. think about it.... Do we breast feed cow's? Or offer other species our own milk?

I drink Pepsi Cola,Mello Yellow,Dr Pepper and Sprite occasionaly,but I drink more coffee lately and I like milk also occasionaly..people need their calcium..and milk has plenty of it..
Okay is there anywhere in the Quran that says stay away from milk,calcium or caffiene?Ive heard there was some hadiths that say stay away from caffiene and nicotine,but does the Quran say they are forbidden?
A list of Forbidden things in the Quran would be great for newbies to Islaam...or have I overlooked them?
