End of Satans rule verus End of Time?????

Coming from a Christian background, it is my belief that there is an time where Satanic Rule of this earth is over for a thousand years of peace where God rules from the Mount of Olives, or Ezekiel's "Day of the Lord", and Satanic Rule ENDS. Revelations points out that this is only for a thousand years and then Satan gets to rule again for a while before the final Judgement Day.
Without using Haddiths, can anyone tell me if there is a Quranic view of this notion?
