Nail Polish, Fake Nails, and Wudu??

As SAlaam Alaikum,
So for a while now, i have not been using nail polish or wearing fake nais becuase of fear that my wudu may not be valid.
Nail polish creates a layer over your nail and the wear does not touch the nail when you wash your hands...
My mom still wears nail polish though. And I find it really hard to wrap my head around my hands still being dirty if I have nail polish.
What is your opinion on this? Do you know of any good articles that support any claim of wudu being valid or ivalid with nail polish?

Salam sister,
Please ignor the hadithist idology. Allah has made the way of life easy. If cleaneses is concerned the nail polish will coat the nails and keep them clean, hence no wudu is needed. Both nails and nail polish are dead materials and I do not see any differnece between them. If the hadithists are so clean why don't they remove all their nails and have a good clean underneath them during wudu?

well the issue is not nail polish being impure.
The issue is making wudu and the water not getting onto the nail, becuase nail polish forms a barrier between the nail and the water.
Can dead things in Islam ever be "clean"??

Sorry, when I say dead I mean the natural of the material, such as karatin etc.

so i was thinking about this again today... (i'm a young teenage girl whose into beauty, what can I say? lol) and these are the questions that ran through my head....
If a man had a fake nose, would people find it acceptable that he wash everything all around his "nose", and not the "nose" itself when making wudu?
Would people expect for him to remove the nose and make him wash whatever is left of his real nose?
If a man had a fake scalp... would people only expect that he wash his hands, arms, face, and then feet? Not the "head" that he has?
If someone had artificial hands, would people only expect that they only wash thier arms, face, head, and feet?
Also, since the actual eye is apart of the face... should we wash out our eyes?
I believe that most people would answer "No" to these questions... because of simplicity and the essence of what is there and substituting what.
Though I do believe that the reasons for the argument that you can make wudu with nail polish is a pretty good one... I just can't wrap my head around it, and the idea of my hands not bein washed properly because of it. Not because i really want to polish my nails, but because I just can't seem to understand that...
I guess tonight I will paint my nails.
I know that God understands what's in my heart and my intentions, and I hope that he accepts my prayers.

Hmmm... now that I see this translation, it makes me wonder, is washing oneself required before EVERY prayer, or just before the first one of the day? Any other aya that would indicate it is indeed necessary before every prayer?
