Salam everyone,
Sometimes ago, someone (I don't remember exactly who, maybe Nasser) has posted a link for Dr. Shahroor book "Al-quran wa al-kitab".

I have not yet finished reading this book, but it explains well the differences between all those terms in the reading. The sad point here is that this book is available only in arabic.
