This is waht the Bible also informs, no surprises there. Jerusalem excisted already for long, before David conquered it. So it wasn't the direct capital.

And the story of the ants and the bird is simple if people would have looked a bit further. Since words have more then one meaning it is interresting what people choose sometimes, and have a distorted idea of a meaning. When Solomon says that they had been thaught the language of tair, he uses the word mantiq which is used for HUMAN speech, and man alone of all created beings is called haivani-natiq, speaking animal, the language of birds is called saut. The intention behind the use of tair, as of jinn cannot be disregarded. The Tair were a conquered tribe or race and David and Solomon had knowledge of their language. Similarly jinns applies here to the nomadic tribes many of whom were recruited by the king of Tyre for Solomon, see the Bible, chapter Kings 1,5. Hud-hud here is significant because it is known in old records that it was the name of a prince of Midian in the days of Solomon, and some records say he was even the brother of the queen of Sheba. It was by the hand of Hud-hud that brought the letter to Sheba, and he was the one who brought the throne to Solomon, here we have to understand that in the Quran, all the thrones mentioned is used symbolic, as with the Throne of God, meaning the Power of God, same is here, where Solomon was brought knowledge about the 'power', or as to say how her goverment, how her power was in her kingdom. This is also with the throne of Yousouf, where he put his parents on, they were honered by living in luxery through Yousouf's power in Egypt, and they bowed for him, meaning out of respect.
So Hud-hud, is not a real bird, but an ambassador for Salomo. Also your conceptions that 'he didn't stay away for long' means that it mus mean it is close to Yemen is YOUR filled in perception.
There used be a lot of trade between countries as Yemen and Isreal which is proven, so sorry Layth, i'm opne-minded, but not naief. This goes against historical evidences.

Mr.humble, Israel was destroyed through the romans, first it was the babyloniers, then after that the romans that conquered Israel. The Jews are called jew, because their land was called Judea, and they were called judeans which transformed over time into Jews. All the Jews were forbidden to enter Jerusalem again after the last riot in the year 70AD were they tried to overtake the city. The romans sended an army that killed most, or made them flee the city. This is called the second diaspora. This is also the times were the Gospels were written and determined their message. was that the same umar discussed in the hadiths? this story above clearly explains why allah equate the "yahoods and nasaras" together in the great reading while without history(evidence) this concept was hard to except... just from the quran itself.

No i certainly did not get this from david icke, he is crazy(with all do respect for all the crazy people on this forum).... This is to be found in historical records. And the illuminati is already dead for ages. There are secret groups, but we don't know their names and their goals except that it involves power and wealth. But Bush is a good place to start with...I'm a scientist and a theologist, and i have researched this myself. David Icke got this information from other people, and used it for his wacko jacko ideas. I don't understand why people hang on to this man. His wacko ideas distort the real history, so i even belief he works to be a distraction for the real organisations. I have heard similar claims before, but if its true then why aint this taught at school?
I have read on anti-Zionist Jewish sites that the Zionists collaborated with the Nazis in order to make Jews world wide feel unsafe and to rekindle their desire into creating a Jewish state in Palestine. They made it sound like some horrific conspiracy against the Jews, which IMO did seem far-fetched. I do agree with anti-Zionist Jews that the Zionists fuel anti-Semitism and then claim to be their saviors. The claim that Israel is a safe haven for the Jews (as Zionists like to claim) is preposterous! (Hamas, hizballah, Egypt, Syria & Iran- it does not sound like a safe haven to me!).
I have done research on Israel?s policies towards the Palestinian people, and Israeli scholar Tanya Reinhart provided an excellent (albeit devastating) analysis of the whole conflict.
I have come to the conclusion that the reason Israel puts the Palestinians through hell and back is because they calculatingly want to "create" suicide bombers, as part of their ethnic cleansing regime. Because each time there is a suicide attack it gives Israel the golden opportunity to go on a murder/bull dozing spree, and yet still maintain International sympathy/support. The media makes Palestine look like Goliath and makes Israel look like David. Israel see?s Jewish blood as a cheap commodity, something which they can use and exploit for their own agenda. This conclusion is difficult to stomach for anyone that has seen the dreadful pictures of the aftermath of the suicide attacks. But there simply is no other explanation for the Israel?s sadistic treatment towards the Palestinian people. Yes there are petty (and some fabricated) excuses, which only the most irrational of people might fall for. Ehud Barak (ex-PM of Israel) himself said if he was born a Palestinian, he would have become a terrorist himself!
Hostility towards the Jews appears to be widespread in the Muslim world, which is disturbing since most Orthodox Jews are not even Zionists (but the media intentionally shuns such people so most Muslims remain unaware of them). Israeli propaganda is very good at making Jews feel unsafe, so many of them end up supporting the atrocious things Israel does. The 'us vs them' mentality is very destructive to both Jews and Muslims.

Historical Fact in 638, Jerusalem was under the rule of the Roman Byzantines.
Question Is there any mention, in the Byzantine archives, of a man named "Omar" who conquered them?
I'll believe this only when I see, with my own eyes, a piece of parchment or paper, proved to be 1300-1400 years old by carbon-dating, written in Latin, and mentioning "OMAR" by name.
