    Peace khalil,

I'm not sure exactly what you're suggesting, please clarify...
    (1) a thread (2) a section (3) a different forum altogether
    .. on health? ???

    Thanks

Peace to you Zenje and Adley

A section like Adley suggested, such as below General Issues / Questions

    like so;

    General Issues / Questions

    • General Issues / Questions
    • How you came to GOD Alone?
    • Off-Topic
    • Health Related (I like how Community Needs sounds); And then something like this, but not this ---> A forum where to discuss health related issues.

And then if it grows and requires a new forum then its on forum would be the best outcome. But I think a section would do well.

    Peace! D

      -Enzymes, Nutrients, Vitamins, minerals
-the effects of cooking, processing, pasturizing, sprouting, fermenting, giving hormones, spraying with pesticides etc our foods
-Any ailments such as cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, etc
-Allopathic/homeopathic Medicine, reflexology, iridology, flower remedies, herbs

        Fantastic idea Khalil.

I'd like to join to those discussions exchanging information about naturopathy and homeopathy.

Could I ask any of you here a favor?

I want to test out a theory but I cannot do it where I am right now. What is that favor? I want to see about malt-making. I already know what i'm doing pretty much but I need to know if this will work.

Sprout wheat grains, barley grains or whole grain rice grains? Any of them will work.

Soak them in water then drain the water (keep this water, refigerated)

Once sprouted take this same water (and if you have to add more, add more), and then blend it in a blender with the sprouts until all the wheat is all blended up and the water is cloudy. Then with a very thin-meshed (plastic) stainer, strain. Discard what you strained (this would actually be given to chickens). Let this sit for about 15-30 minutes, and then pour the water out and do your best to keep what is settled at the bottom separate from the liquid you pour out. Then take that liquid and put a pot on simmer (you should have had it already going). Just keep it on simmer until the water starts to boil away. What you are looking for is a syrupy, sweet liquid at the bottom. Don't let it burn. If you get a sweet liquid. Tell me and thank you.

What is the goal of this

1.The starch at the bottom can be dehydrated easily to be used as flour
                          2. The bran and little plant stems that have been strained can be used as chicken feed.
                          3. The syrup can be used as a sweetener.

If this is successful. This method can be done with rice as well or any other grain.

Why do this Sprouted grains are more nutritious, the syrup also has the vitimins of the grain and make a healthy sweetner and the starch is healthier as well and can be used for thickeners, and anything that requireds starch. The syrup and starch can be recombined even to make a more nutritious and more digestible food then the grain intself.

How to sprout Take a suitable spaghetti strainer and put whole wheat berries or other whole grains (not oats) and let it soak over night. Then take it out and let it sit for about 2-4 days. When it starts to sprout let it the little sprout until it is sticking out very clearly like a little string. Taste the wheat berry and see if its sweet. If so, that's good. Get to work. Rice is different and you have to use whole rice which is hard to find(not white rice or brown rice). And you have to let them drown in order to get them started. The same water that you used to soak the grains will be the same water that you will use to blend it. So refrigerate it before you use it to blend the sprouted grains.

If you want to go along with this whole plan, you can take the settled starch and put it on aluminum or a flat plate and let it dry(if you live in a hot region or if you have a dehydrator. You can also put the oven on really low like 150 degrees, and leave it kind of open and this will do the same thing.
Use this like flour or heat it up, thicken up a soup or add some water and boil it and then add the syrup.

                          Godbless,
                          Anwar
