Prayers from Allah and from the prophet ?

Salawaat is some thing/s givable to others.
SALWAAT FROM ALLAH
2157 They are those on whom (Descend) blessings from Allah, and Mercy, and they are the ones that receive guidance.
SALWAAT FROM THE PROPHET
999 But some of the desert Arabs believe in Allah and the Last Day, and look on their payments as pious gifts bringing them nearer to Allah and obtaining the prayers of the Messenger. Aye, indeed they bring them nearer (to Him) soon will Allah admit them to His Mercy for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.LOOK receiving salawaat from the prophet bringing the people closer ? which in turn admits them to His Mercy.
So what is this ? good advice/ directions of life/ rules of living ? AS ONLY THEY TAKE US INTO His Mercy, don't they?
Advice/ information is allways from Allah or between people for their benefits and never from people to/ for Allah - check it.
HOW DO WE GIVE THE FOLLOWING THOUGH?
SYNAGOGUES
2240 (They are) those who have been expelled from their homes in defiance of right,- (for no cause) except that they say, "our Lord is Allah.. Did not Allah check one set of people by means of another, there would surely have been pulled down monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques, in which the name of Allah is commemorated in abundant measure. Allah will certainly aid those who aid his (cause);- for verily Allah is full of Strength, Exalted in Might, (able to enforce His Will).
MIDDAY PRAYER
2238 Guard strictly your (habit of) prayers, especially the Middle Prayer; and stand before Allah in a devout (frame of mind).
PRAYERS
239 And who (strictly) guard their prayers;-
Follow your innermost thoughts.

Qur'an seems to be merely repeating some Jewish and even Xtian practices...
Jews pray 3 times a day (some evidence in written Torah) and Yom Kippur 5 times.
Maybe Islam wanted to outplay the Jews so decided to pray 5 times every day to show they can be better?
