Misuse of moderators rules...
-
Peace all. I think we need an avenue for the members to address issues to moderators publicy,so that we can air some grievances to them TRANSPARENTLY and ACCOUNTABLY...I tried today to ask the moderators to address why my some of my posts from yesterday had been deleted without warning, notification or explanation...I receieved an incomplete answer on the public fourm, and a 'veiled threat' that because i wanted this matter explained publicly, that i should be aware and stick to RULE 1,about all interpretations and decisions being in the sole hands of the mods...(not allah you understand...) i must ask,do members have any avenue for Publicly addressing these grievances?...I say publicly because, the jaxal/dhul-qarnain banning issues showed a blatant dis-respect for forum members opinions, and a distinct lack of transparency and accountability...
These same mods state that Allah is the judge, quran is the book of god ad nauseum, yet i wonder where the evidence/justification is for rule 1...?
Seems that people are misusing this law to try to be tin-pot dictators...
My initial thread was in the general section, and was removed and locked quite swiftly....COULD this be because the mods dont like seeing such an issue/thread,which MAY highlight their lack of accountability, transparency, disrespect to posters, bias, and show their incompetence...?
The worst thing is the claim of the mods to be upholding the quran, while behaving like this...
Ps; my posts contained no bad language, and i received no warning, explanation or notification...
I dont mind being deleted if i over-step rules, but i would like to know if any members have any redress or right of appeal? -
Peace all. I wonder if the previous post of mine will be locked/moved/trashed........?

Peace neo... I have taken my complaint to pm my friend...And im not alone in my complaints regarding transparency/accoutability....Just check the jaxal/dhul-qarnain threads...
By the way your comments were very quranically just...especially the part about not caring about what members (or me.) want....Arent you supposed to be the best community raised for mankind, and just even if you dislike people...?
Seems to me some members just TALK about justice, and ARGUE to defend their book/god, but dont want to apply any justice beyond their own 'sectarian' interests...
Thats fine if you want to do that, but then dont claim your people of justice or the best community...cause it wont wash....
Am i within my word limit...? yay group sun -
Peace neo and all. And why shouldnt all the forum know about issues that members have regarding moderators?....Something to hide...? Or is there no respect for members...?
-
Peace neo. If you read carefully,i said i dont mind being deleted if i have broken rules...thats how civil society runs...My point was the lack of transparency/respect/right of redress on certain issues..
Nobody is crying my friend... yay
And if you want melodramatic responses, then just read your last few posts... bravo
group -
Peace Neo. If you have nothing reasonable to say, then goodbye...
Ps; its a group hug...doesnt mean im in the group... yay
Oh,and do you have a verse for me that justifies swearing...? bravo -
Peace Neo. As you have edited your post,i will just say, very quranic application of justice in the 'no rights' comment...Please post the verse that justifies that one... bravo

Peace,
I dont mind being deleted if i over-step rules, but i would like to know if any members have any redress or right of appeal?
The mod/admin is given the right to act as he/she sees fit in the interest of the forum...The details of the rules by which the forum operates can be read in the main section.

Peace layth. I have read the rules...I asked a few questions in my post...which are not answered by the rules....you know layth can you explain how your rules correlate with the quran you so belovedly claim to uphold...? If you cant, then thats fine,i know the reason...
-
Peace neo. Well you should know that rule 2 warns agains profanity and swearing....(maybe the mods are asleep, dont trash the thread, just delete the swearing... rotfl.)
Be careful, you have no rights in here... yay -
Peace neo. My post was for the benefit of all members my friend...But if you willfully, blatantly and consistently show a disregard for simple, reasonable rules, then my post may not apply to you...However i doubt you will be banned,or deleted because you are from the 'quran only' camp...
Ps; let the forum know if you are warned... -
Peace,
Peace layth. I have read the rules...I asked a few questions in my post...which are not answered by the rules....you know layth can you explain how your rules correlate with the quran you so belovedly claim to uphold...? If you cant, then thats fine,i know the reason...
God
s Scripture gives its followers leeway to deal with themifsidoon` (troublemakers/corrupters).The recompense of those who fight God and His messenger, and seek to make corruption in the land, is that they will be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off on alternate sides or that they be banished from the land; that is a disgrace for them in this world and in the Hereafter they will have a great retribution.(533)The punishment in real life ranges from banishment to killing depending on the circumstances and the level of fasaad/corruption involved...
As this is a forum, I would say that the worst we can do is the
banningwhich equates to thebanishmentof the trooble makers that is allowed by God` laws...Therefore, to answer your question more directly, the rules of the forum are to prevent fasaad/corruption to preserve an atmosphere where God can be served and His laws can be studied and His name can be glorified (may He be glorified for ever).
Therefore, you shall serve God, and be among the appreciative. And they have not given God His true worth; and the whole Earth is within His fist on the Day of Resurrection, and the heavens will be folded in His right hand. Be He glorified; He is much too high above what they set up.(3966-67) -
Peace layth. WOW. So jaxal,dhul-qarnain and any others that have been banned were mufsideen...? o o You should be careful, the quran warns against wrongful slander...80 lashes maybe...? Or is your statement back-biting..?.
You know i would think even the quran gives people the right of appeal...(see surah yusuf, when the brothers were accused of being thieves.)
Your post amazes me...This scripture can be twisted to mean anything...
I will leave you in peace, and wish you well... -
Peace,
I asked a few questions in my post...which are not answered by the rules....you know layth can you explain how your rules correlate with the quran you so belovedly claim to uphold...?
The above was your initial concern...
Below was my responce

Serving God and learning His system are more important to a Muslim than making acquanteinces with people who have taken this worldy life as fun and games.
`Leave alone those who have taken their system as fun and games, and this worldly life has tempted them. And remind with it that a soul will suffer for what it has earned, it will not have besides God any supporter nor intercessor; and even if it brings all justice, none will be accepted from it. These are the ones who have suffered with what they have earned; for them will be a boiling drink, and a painful retribution for what they had rejected. (670)
Good luck in your quest as a
humanist... -
Peace layth. You still havent read my post or answered the questions...Never mind...
I will leave you in peace...Good luck with your 'inhuman' interpretations...
I hope you change... group
