    selam

i was reading in the qur'an that we shouldn't desire this world, that we are supposed to desire the next world, heaven.

i wanna know what does it mean to desire this world

is it wrong to desire money or food or women?

what does it mean to desire pleasures of this world?

and is it wrong to desire this world and the next one?

    and also it says somewhere,
    i don't remember exactly where,
but it says that there will be
people who are happy in this life but will suffer in the next one,
people who are unhappy here and will be unhappy in the next life
people who are unhappy here and will be happy in the next life

but will there be people who are happy in this life
and will be happy in the next life?

      Peace "nerspi",

but will there be people who are happy in this life
and will be happy in the next life?

JK- Ofcourse, as the Quran says
... Some people would say, "Our Lord, give us of this world," while having no share in the Hereafter.
Others would say, "Our Lord, grant us righteousness/welfare(haasana) in this world, and righteousness/welfare(hassana) in the Hereafter, and spare us the retribution of Hell."
Solomon is such an example of a messenger where we know for sure that he lived both happily in this life and the next. GOD Bless!
