we will go to hell or heaven and stay there till we correct our selves if we can
-
This is part of a post I found. It is my understanding that our time here on earth is the time given to us in order to do Gods will. We have a complete life time here to get a good understanding of his will and then to follow it. Why then would we be sent to heaven or hell to correct ourselves. God is a God of mercy and he allows us a life time to do what is right. For any reason why would he then send us to heaven or hell to finish correcting ourselves as the post below describes and there understanding of the Coran.
Sincerely, Abuja/Larry READ THE POST BELOW YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT
God is a term with different meanings in different religions.
Man can be gods and then there is the spirit god , e.t.c
But in the quran our Rab is Allah and He is the subconsciouse who guides us and all His qualities are written in the quran ( the book) - the attributes.
But there isn't a name for the "We" we spoke about and according to my understanding we will go to hell or heaven and stay there till we correct our selves if we can't correct our selves for the better here on the earth.
THAT IS ACCORDING TO MY UNDERSTANDINGS OF THE QURAN THE BOOK.

To Pheniox,
I understand what you are syaing we can live in Heaven or Hell on this earth. This I know from experiance. But after reading the post I am basing this from the person said that from there understanding of the Coran. That after life here you are then sent to heaven or hell, to correct your live. We can live in heavon or hell on earth as a methapor. But we can not do this literally.
Sincerely, Abuja/Larry sun

peace Abuja,
I dont know about going to heaven or hell after dying to correct our selves. I don't think it makes sense. Once we do correct ourselves, where do we go? and why would one need to correct him/her self if one is already in heaven (for eternity?). -
As salamu alaykum wr wb.
Respectfully.I don't think we can talk about Heaven or Hell because we haven't seen it yet and the Quran only describes it in allegorc way. How can you describe the tatse of the chocolate to someobne who has never seen or tastd the chocolate?????
Quran is clear about Heaven and Hell.
May The Almighty God helps and bless us all.
As salamu alaykum wr bw. -
If we are experiencing heaven/hell on earth, than it should be eternal. But it doesn't seem that way, does it?
Isn't heaven and hell are rewards for our deeds? Is it not life on earth are full of tests and are but illusions?
Heaven is a place for the righteous, a reward (1831), where everything are nice. For example, there's no sense of fatigue but feeling of peace and security. (1547 -4
How about judgement day? And the story of humans asking for a second chance/ life to do what is right but it is too late?
The only time for correcting our behavior is now while we are alive.
And yes, Alen, i agree with you. We wont know for sure how heaven or hell is like. But trust God, the day will come when there is no friendship nor middle man but us alone to face judgement from God.
Do tell me if i miss anything.

Peace be upon you,
The problem is very few of us experience "the garden" because they let the emotions rule thier lives. So the experience of "the fire" is easily verified. There is NEVER any middle man, we reap EXACTLY what we sow.

"Why then would we be sent to heaven or hell to correct ourselves."
does it say anywhere in the Qur'an that we are sent to heaven or hell to correct ourselves?
"...heaven and hell occur in this lifetime"
there is no heaven or hell here in this life. there is only temporary pleasure that is over so fast that you'd think it almost never even happened. what people consider to be pleasure here is nothing comparing to heaven. same goes for hell, all the pain and torture that one can xperience in this life is nothing compared to hell.
the only time this world is gonna seem like heaven is this example
sometimes i see people outside and with no arms or legs or i see someone tortured and i think that the best thing would be for them to die so they are free of the pain, but then when i think about it, they are disbelievers(i'm talking about people i know for sure are disbelievers), so they will most likely go to hell and i figure that then, all they went through here in this life will seem like heaven to them. -
Hi I am sorry it has been so long. Ihave been very busy with work and health problems my family members have been experincing.
Anyway my question was does the Quran say that after we die on earth we go to heaven or hell to correct ourselves. This is the view point below of someone who says they read the Quran and the post below is there understanding of it. I am wondering if it actually mentions this or not. If it does can someone give me a reference.
Thanks Abuja
