    Salaam all,

I'm sure many have debated about this before, but I have never heard much for/against it in a debate, so please share your thoughts on this topic.

There appears to be an intelligent construction around relevant words and the number of times they appear in the Quran, for example -

The number of days and months.

"Day (yawm)" is repeated 365 times in singular form, while its plural and dual forms "days (ayyam and yawmayn)" together are repeated 30 times. The number of repetitions of the word "month" (shahar) is 12.

The 'number of components' in man's creation.

"Human being" is used 65 times the sum of the number of references to the stages of man's creation is the same i.e.

    Human being 65

    Soil (turab) 17

    Drop of Sperm (nutfah) 12

    Embryo ('alaq) 6

A half formed lump of flesh (mudghah) 3

    Bone ('idham) 15

    Flesh (lahm) 12

    TOTAL 65

The rest of these numerical claims can be found here - http//www.miraclesofthequran.com/mathematical_01.html

As for my thoughts, I find the number of days and months quite spooky. Especially since they were 'found' much later, whereas if it were planned by human beings to do such things then surely someone would have been advertising this miracle when the first Quran was compiled.

Does anyone know who it was that found these miracles? I'd be very interested to know what you all think about this.

    Peace,

    Stitch
