    Peace,

Aidid translates sujud as submission, but, doesn't Islam mean submission? For example

2-112 Nay,-whoever submits aslama His whole self to Allah and is a doer of good,- He will get his reward with his Lord; on such shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.

2-131 When his Lord said to him, "Submit," aslim he said, "I submit to the Lord of the universe."

Idris, you said aslim/aslama can be translated as surrender...I think so, too. What does everybody else think?
