Shareef claims to be a messenger of God, and asks people to "reach-out to him" at his website
http//www.genuine-islam.com/I contacted him, and when you try to discuss a topic, which he seems to dislike, he says something like, "I am the messenger of God, and I know EVERYTHING better than you, so you should ask more humble".
When you try to ask him as humble as possible, he says something like, "I know what is important, and what is not important, and what you asked is not important now, so just answer all my questions, and do everything i tell you, and when the time is right, I will tell you about some things".
So I want to let you know, that to me it seems, that Shareef is trying to drag people into a position, where they blindly obey his commands.

"The messenger EFFECTIVELY CONVEYS AND CLARIFY the message and LEADS (he must be fully obeyed and respected), and he -being the most guided one- is the authorized by GOD supreme JUDGE. He has the final word in major worldly disputes between the believers, and he is the VERY BEST EXAMPLE that people should follow and obviously, and in that sense, they are not in a position to judge him after believing in him."Maybe I am overly interpreting things here, a messenger of God may be a good leader, however, I want to say this warning
I believe human messengers of God can also make errors, so I believe that you should always use your mind appropriately, even if the commands are from a messenger of God.Do not follow, whereof you have no knowledge. I have given you the hearing, the eyesight, and the heart, and you are responsible for using them.
They are the ones who examine all words, then follow the best. These are the ones whom God has guided, these are the ones who possess intelligence.

Yes we do, like Tay said he used to come here a lot at one point, he even called me an evil crooked little sneak (Thanks Zein for reminding me of his threads, I could've done without those memories!) On second thought, maybe it's best to avoid him in Kuwait... ;D

I was involved with him during 2005. But I never saw him as a messenger but he thought I was a true follower hmm. But i was just curios like I'm always.
When he admitted that he used to beat his wife up then I just couldn't stand it anymore so i left him and his site.

Heh, my thoughts exactly Arnold. I mean first he started with Isaak's wicked game then he ended up with Britney's oops I did it again. Clearly, there was some progression, I'm just not sure how logical it was.

Wow, Shareef hasnt changed! What a shame, he used to be on here asking good questions and sharing good information like everyone else as far as I remember. Maybe I wasnt paying close enough attention but it seemed like he changed all of a sudden. Good luck trying to get valid questions answered. ;D

well yes, how could I stand things like " I'm the messenger and I have always right" things!?
I don't like compulsions and there are no compulsions in islam.
But the truth will be known, so I hope Shareef will watch out for the truth as the rest of us.
