By GOD, We have sent (messengers) to communities before you, but the devil adorned their works in their eyes. Consequently, he is now their lord, and they have incurred a painful retribution.
The "we" obviously refers to GOD so why does this verse start by swearing upon GOD? GOD Bless!

Ofcourse the Quran needs to be studied just like other books if we want to understand it better. And the Quran says it itself in 37 that there are many verses for which a deeper knowledge is required and we will not immediately understand them. As for the hadith theyve already been shown to be full of nonsense and they too are not at all easy to understand. Goto any "scholar" and hell tell you that you cannot even interpret hadith on your own but you need great knowledge of Arabic there too. So this argument of yours is just ridiculous. GOD Bless! -

JK- The "we" in Arabic is also used as a "royal plural" and so it magnifies GOD. This is even common in urdu e.g. a single person referring to himself might say "ham ne un ko dekha tha" in Urdu. Thats why it is used. On some occasions, in some verses, it can be argued that the "we" refers to GOD and His malaaikah.

JK- Oh yes i have and im very happy that ive come closer to the truth. I know now that GOD wants us to use our senses to get closer and closer to the truth and not rely just on heart feeling since then Christians, jews and all other religions claim that theyr right. INFACT many Christians are completely content in their heart. Thereve been many apostates from "islam" recently outsting themselves and they feel in their heart the happiness of having escaped he vile and barbaric laws of shariah. They thank and praise GOD. So as you can see that doesnt make ones beliefs true so this qs of yours is lastly irrelevant. You should be rational and logical but i give Christians that they do have a point when it comes to shariah laws, a VERY STRONG ONE. I feel very content in my heart besides being intellectually satisfied because i know how simplistic and crappy shariah laws are. GOD Bless!

i personally may or may not agree with a lot of sariah laws unless they uphold the quran by which Mohammad(PBUH)lived by.
