When is this "month" of ramadhan? In al-Qur'an-Majeed, it doesn't say that ramadhan is a "month", it simply refers to it as a period of time, which could range anywhere from one day to a thousand years.

It says it is Shar, which means Month. Morover, The Quran was revealed in such period, thus it is a very will known period to God and Prophet Mohamed, and all the Believers in Mohamed Time.

A child should start eating solid food after ONE YEAR to intake the proper nutrients necessary to stimulate growth, the nutrients that breastmilk can't provide anymore. So, once again, God is speaking about time periods, not "months", definately not 30-day months...
And even still, if every month was a fixed 30 days, then we'd have an extra (13th) month every year, not 12. Therefore, even though the NUMBER of months may be 13, we are instructed to only COUNT 12 of them. We can't base our descriptions on rounding or averaging numbers - we can't abstain for an AVERAGE of 30 days. That would mean the number of days during the period of "ramadhan" would change every year, and this is obviously not the case. This fixed number ("counted days" would have to remain the same throughout the years (whether the number of days is 10 or 30, it would have to always remain so). So, this can't be referring to a 30-day month - if it does, then you're saying there are more than 12 months in a year, which al-Qur'an rejects, according to your interpretation. And since the Scripture is accurate, then the Scripture isn't referring to the number of months in a year, it's speaking of the count of 'periods' in the sight of God.
And the verse you mentioned (2189) is a mistranslation as well - this verse says
"Yasaloonaka AAani alahillati", meaning "They will ask you about the CRESCENT MOONS." The word "hilal" refers to the "crescent moon"... These crescent moons were used as a method of identifying months and time periods, and they still are used in many countries. Depending on where you're standing during the time of the new moon, you may not even be able to see it, and the crescent moon is also difficult to see under certain conditions. Al-Qur'an states

The identification of the period of "ramadhan" relies on the sighting of the full moon, and in this period, we abstain for 'a few number of days'. Referencing "ramadhan" as it's own "month" isn't based on the reading, especially considering the fact that we have no evidence that there was a month named "Ramadhan" during Mohammed's lifetime.

This is what I get out of this so far
That Rahmadan can last for 28,29,or 30 days... Thus It is not a fixed period..
Does Rahmadan = 30 days every year ? ( Fixed number )
Or does it = 30 days one year, and may = 28 days the next year, and may only = 10 days the next year? ( Flexible number )
How ever long Rahmadan last, then one should fast for the whole period...If it last ten days then thats how many days one should fast and so on...
And know that the use of the additional month only causes an increase in rejection...

You're correct about the translation being wrong, and it would be excusable if he was not aware of the truth. But he has written a complete fabrication and called it The God's word. I've never seen ANY TRANSLATION that says what he has stated. He has deliberately mistranslated the words of God, and AR-RAHMAN will surely be the judge of what is right and wrong.
"And cover not truth with falsehood, nor conceal the truth when you know." (al-Qur'an 242)
Also,
"Some of the Jews pervert words from their meanings saying, 'We have heard and we disobey' and 'Hear, and be you not given to hear' and 'Observe us,' twisting with their tongues and traducing religion. If they had said, 'We have heard and obey' and 'Hear' and 'Regard us,' it would have been better for them, and more upright; but God has cursed them for their unbelief so they believe not except a few." (al-Qur'an 446)
His statements are misleading, and he has created them intentionally with the purpose of turning the believers away from the words in al-Qur'an-Majeed. Your patience with him, however, is surely a virtue, and The God never forgets the righteous deeds of His submitters.

what does 2185 say? It says clearly to me that Rahmadan = a month... And that one should fast this month ( of Rahmadan ). The month the Quran was desended in.... If u could only understand....
