5249 Also from the night glorify Him, and at the fading of the stars.
I understand "the fading of the stars" to mean "dawn", which is the time for the first Salat of the day. If there are only two daily Salat, 5249 contradicts 11114 and 5039 which state that the second - and perhaps the last Salat of the day - should be "held" at the "near parts of the night" and "before the setting of the sun" respectively. 5249 contradicts those two verses because it suggests that the second Salat should be held at night.
