I dont know about Numerology but Astrology is very real. However , most people dont know that Astrology has been tampered with like all other means of getting to know God better.
Many people follow Western Tropical Astrology, but this is onnly correct some of the time because the Greeks FIXED the dates , therby causing confusion for later generations. What do I mean by that? It is said that on March 21st, you are Aries. And every month on the 21st the next sign starts. But due to whats called "procession of the equinoxes", this is no longer true. The PROOF is just go to the observatory and ask them what zodiac we are in on March 21st of this year, they will tell you with absolute certainty that we are in Piscies. Every 72 years the signs move back by a minute, therfore in todays time it is no longer the 21st of every month but more like the 15th.
I recommend anyone interested in Astology to study Eastern Vedic astrology as that concerns itself with where the stars REALLY are in the sky.
Also, it is not the Sun sign that is most important, it is the Moon and the Ascendant.

I wanted to raise this issue when I was discussing the Ramadan/ night of power and its significance with regard to the position of the planets, but it would have gone to waste. So Yes, I think, the night of power could be detected through astrology

If we know its going to be the 7 year drought, we store up food to be prepared so we dont starve, but if we dont know its coming, we are caught blindsided and unprepared, and may starve.

You have free will WITHIN the Divine Plan. An example is being on a boat going to Jamaica, that is your destination(destiny), there is no way to stop the boat from going there, but HOW you get there is up tp your free will, meaning some people are in the basement shoveling coal in the engine, others are above board playing shuffle board. There are planned events in your life, how you deal with the events of your life is your free will.

Astrology is not about predicting actual events, it only shows the assets and liabilities of a person at a given time/space. Meaning that if a person has a very strong "mercurial" nature, that if they learn to cultivate that energy(angel) properly, they can be successful in "mercurial" undertakings and we can also chart the times when this same energy will be dominate which will expedite your success. It shows bhevaior patterns, not who will win the football game next week. So this is not in disagreement with the verses being listed.
