Whom Allah has rightly guided...
-
I'm not aware there is any debate here that Allah is the law giver.
However, some in this forum strut as if they have the correct explanation of every law and belittle others who question,
try to understand, or even (gasp) offer their viewpoint.Who among humans can determine whom Allah has rightly guided?
-
One who reads arabic... or one who reads english?
Does the arabic reader have more guidance because they read arabic? -
One who follows tradition... or one who does not conform?
Does the traditionalist have more guidance because of time-honored doctrines? -
One who thinks they know all the answers... or one who has many questions?
Does the one who has no questions have more guidance because they do not doubt? -
One who preaches with a closed mind... or one who studies with an open heart?
Does the preacher have more guidance because they are considered knowledgable? -
One who has read the Quran completely... or one who has difficulty reading from chapter to chapter?
Does the one who has read the entire Book have more guidance because they completed it? -
One who prays every day... or one who only prays when their heart is eager?
Does the one who prays every day have more guidance because it appears they do?
The point being that NO ONE knows who is being rightly guided. It is pure speculation. I am near sick of reading this forum lately
for the reason that some people feel they have the ability to know this. I see a lot of passion here, but too many times it seems
to be ill-willed... or at best, borderline. To verify everything we must ask questions and search answers. The whole purpose of
this forum could be God's plan to help just one of us or all of us.I am not starting this thread to open a door to hostility. I am merely expressing my disappointment in recent months. I once
frequented this forum with enthusiam, but now, not so much. I have no expectation of replies. I'm just sharing my sadness
regarding some of the conduct recently. I will not point fingers and I will not exclude myself.May Allah gives us patience and compassion with each other... that we might grow stronger in wisdom and be kind to one another
as we journey through this world. May Allah bless all those who deserve His blessings!Peace

Hello Dotty,
i Love You
Thank you for giving me The Opportunity to take repsponsibility for my eyesight is seeing as your dissapointmend and sadness.
These two combination of emotions are yours.
You may want to change them, you may want to leave them as they are.
Who doen's change, God doesn't change.
So, with Love, and my passion for the Supreme Love on Throne, i am writing you to consider some things.
First, humans are here to commune with GOD.
That's Purifying, from beyond mind to inside body.
With humans is very interesting the fact that most will jump to think as they are programmed to, than to challange the own thinking.
Truly realized Souls are free from their own opionions, and from the opinions of others.
Because GOD, matters to them, Only.
And everything else according to 1736 in Quran.
The GOD is Beyond any human concept.
So your state of being, is your own responsibility.
What happnes if you add some enthusiasm to your dissapointment?
What happens if you add some enthusiasm to your sadness?
This way you will re-balance your own brain, so you may approach the world in balanced fashion as balanced human being.
Levels of Consciousness, require keep of balance.
So you may be grounded in the earth from where our specie came and goes back to.
So, yes i love you dotty.
Keep communing with the Lord and take responsibility for your senses, because if you don't do, noone else will.
All you need is Love beyond human definition, it heals and transforms till the DNA.
Praised be GOD, for HIS Mercy.
And His Wealth and Peace be upon you.
i Love you.

It is my responsibility. I can choose to ignore it and allow fellow muslims to bash each other without the tiniest respect or I can even choose to join this shameful approach. My heart tells me this is wrong and I am expressing it... simple.

peace Dotty,
Here is the answer to your question
In the name of God, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
21 A.L.M.
22 No doubt is in this particular Book; it is guidance to the fearing and obeying.
23 Those who believe in the unseen and they keep the prayers and they spend from what We provided for them.
24 And those who believe in what was sent down to you, and what was sent down to those before you,and they are certain regarding the end.
25 These are on a guidance from their Lord and these are the winners.

Salaam AW,
Yes, this gives us the description of a person who is rightly guided, but not you or anyone else can know for certain which one of
us fits into this description. It is especially difficult to determine by 24 because so many people differ on "what was sent down".
THAT is my point. It is impossible to know the core of a person's heart... only God knows this. You can quote verses all you want,
but you will never be able to prove who among us is rightly guided (or not) just by reading posts in a forum.Peace

This is a clear verse telling you who the ones are on a guidance.
And you can recongnize them by their speech. You can tell who they are by their posts on the forum. God will show them to you.

I do not think we can tell who is guided by their speech or other actions really because the intentions they harbor are veiled from us, but not from God who sees the known and unknown.

Open your eyelids.
The eyelids of the heart.
Don't just look.
See.
Open the ears.
The ears of the heart.
Don't just listen.
Hear.
Open the Mind.
The mind beyond mind.
DOn't just think.
Receive.
The guide.
The guide comes, when you allow.
Let's love.
Let's work on earth.
So the crops and trees may grow.
And the root filled with the bliss of the rivers beneath.
That none can see, until the eyelids are free.
When you see.
You won't close your eyes anymore.
Just keep looking and seraching for more.
Love.
Love.
Love.
It burns the thorns to ashes.
And the roses remain untouched.
Check and ask, search and you'll find.
GOD Willing.
Praised be HIM, The All-Wise one. Peace,
R.
Praised be Lord. The GOD of Knowledge.

No, this verse does not tell me WHO is guided, but it does give me the description of one who is guided.
And you can recongnize them by their speech. You can tell who they are by their posts on the forum. God will show them to you.
No you can't. The Quran shows here (in bold) that even the prophet did not recognize the hypocrites... only God knew them.
9101 And from the Nomads around you are hypocrites, as well as from the city people, they persist in hypocrisy. You do not know them, but We know them. We will punish them twice, then they will be returned to a great punishment.
And here the Quran is talking about the prophets companions. If you read very carefully, you will see not ALL of his companions were believers (in bold). THOSE AMONG THEM WHO BELIEVE suggests there were others among them who did not believe.
4829 Mohammed is the messenger of God, and those who are with him are severe against the rejecters, but merciful between themselves. You see them kneeling and prostrating, they seek God's blessings and approval. Their distinction is in their faces, as a result of prostrating. Such is their example in the Torah. And their example in the Injeel is like a plant which shoots out and becomes strong and thick and it stands straight on its trunk, pleasing to the farmers. That He may enrage the rejecters with them. God promises those among them who believe and do good works a forgiveness and a great reward.

i am alone with people, i don't need them.
Just like YOU don't need me, i need YOU.
Alone.
You alone give me all universes of Life.
Life by your design.
Zero to One, One to Zero, because i'm noone.
Your infinity encompasses all atoms of your Creation.
When i am with YOU, i am with everyone.
Because You are in everyone.
And everyone sees not.
Because seas are separated by your decree.
i swim in different waters.
Because the earth is separated with the skies.
i am isolated.
O Lord, let the firnaments of the mind melt from the shinning of your sun.
So there remains Your Light, Only, and You, Alone.
o You on the THrone.
Hear me o All hearing One.
Give your mercy to all those who cannot see, but have some of your Purity.
o One who makes the Universes Nonexistent.
it's Only YOu, and i'm Only to you.
The Only i need.
But You are in no need for me.
So many needs i had, remained Only One.
On the Glorious Throne.
With people i am alone.
With You, i am.
Peace,
R.Praised be GOD. The Lord of Love.

Salam R,
You have a unique way of sharing the beauty of Islam with people, and i admire the fact you are open in praising Allah with your own way without the fear of what other people will think of you... i truly admire that trait..
I also believe that your way will be received by a great number of people..more than those who read this thread, ..if you share Islam and praises in the poetry section, not only on this forum, but on poetry corner in general... because of your poetic skill. Just a suggestion by the way.peace,
