Can some one explain the following/

In the middle of the night, a man decided to awaken his wife. However, he mistakenly touched his daughter or his mother-in-law. Thinking them to be his wife, he touched them with the passions of youth. Now, this man will become haram on his wife forever. There is no way in which she can become permissible for him. It will be necessary for him to divorce his wife.

If a boy touches his step-mother with an evil intention, she will become haram on her husband. There is no way in which she can be halal for him. If the step-mother touches her step-son with an evil intention, the same rule will apply

The marriage of a Sunni girl with a Shi'ah man is not permissible according to the majority of the ulama.

salam afridi. let me try and answer the questions that you raised. keep in mind you are bringing these rules from a deobandi website. deoband is an indian school of religious law. deoband uses its own unique combination of rules to derive their analysis of situations. what i mean by unique is, they use quran, hadith, and the fatwas of alamgir, to derive their opinions. therfore the answer i give you are their opinions. personally i disagree with their methods.

the word nikah is interpreted by deoband scholars to mean going in to a woman. they derive this conclusion from a quran verse, which says something to the effect that "..when you have gone into her and taken a strong covenant.." if this is their conclusion, then the verses that prohibit having a mother and daughter at the same time, or a the mother of a wife, come into play, and make it impermissible to marry that womans mother or child.

using the going into a woman equals nikah deobandi rule, they believe that the wife becomes forbidden.

apparently there was a serious dispute within the deoband scholars on this issue, and they took a vote and came to this conclusion.
again i emphasize this is not how i would reply to these questions. i give you these answers in reply to your questions.

I think that she is your daughter aswell- quranically and otherwise.

I have not researched it, but dont' agree to forbidding Sunni and Shia couple marriages.
However on the marrying a relative of someone you have been intimate with, it seems, though again no research, that it would create havoc in their family relationship and encourage all sorts of problems, i.e. desire between your spouses relative and yourself if you married.
The thing about a husband or wife having some sort of sexual contact with their spouse's relative "by accident" sounds so sketchy to me. Must we believe this was a genuine mistake? Perhaps a hug or a light touch, but you would notice the difference in the body, scent all sorts of things about your wife, spouse or whoever. This one has a huge ICK factor.
