Thats my friend Yousef on youtube. This guy shocked the jewish community by the physical prostration bravo. These prayers are mostly talmudic based. It has no relation to Torah. It is like our traditional salat. No relation to scripture.

I guess so. Must be daily and must be sheduled and consistent and done with reverance and fear. There are no specific way mentioned in any of God's scriptures. But we do know that the prophets prayed daily and bowed and prostrated to God.
