Peace to all,
Im hoping this look is just temporary, I dont like this cleaned out white text look, i really liked the most recent sight, just needed a bit of minor work, please dont keep this current look, no offense to any that are working on it, I know you guys work real hard to improve the site and im not trying to pick at you guys, just making a suggestion.
As to the color issue others brought up, i always thought green would be good for our site, its a very peaceful color.

hahaha,
Yea I was trying to go for a minimalistic design to see what people thought. Nah, I somehow corrupted the Style sheets while trying to fix that annoying Internet Explorer Bug. I was sleeping for the past 7 hours so I didn't know what I had done until now. rotfl -

Peace Arnab,
I like it better too but Layth wants the new logo to show on the forums as well, so I am not sure how to do it with the current blue.If anyone wants to help go to http//custom.simplemachines.org/themes/index.php?action=search;version]=41
Although the link doesn't show properly make sure you include the ]=41 at the end.
Find a theme that can be easily modified to fit with the logo http//free-minds.org/sites/default/files/freeminds_logo.jpg

aalmakto, can you insert the preference to change it back to the red. i really like it that way. don't worry about figuring out the hacks to make the css work in out dated versions of internet exprorer. just insert a small piece of javascript that can be found at www.stopie6.org into the header which will then tell people who are surf to the site using IE6 and before to politely update their browser cause it is out dated and does not work well.
a lot of developers are doing it. the hacks can be too tricky to figure out sometimes. some estimate that most time a developer spends on a project is the time s/he spends figuring out the hacks to get the site working in IE6 and before. it's not worth the hassle. the theme was sweet looking on modern browsers, i hope it comes back.

Make sure you clear the cache and refresh the page. And if its still too red, then you can change the theme by going to "profile" -> Look through the left navigation for "Look and Layout Preferences".
It should load a page where you can see
Current Theme Lady (change)Click (change)
When it loads choose "Original Blue".

Oh sorry. First try pressing f5 on your keyboard (or click the refresh button). If nothing changes that means your computer is storing the old files and needs to get the new ones. You need to delete your browsing history to force it to get the latest changes (tools, delete browsing history) or something along those lines. After you do this, hit f5 again (or click the refresh button).
Theres no need to apologize.
