Why doesn't God testify in 63-1

I posted this in shahada thread , but then thought of starting a new thread, so kindly post your comments here.
63 1. When the hypocrites come to you, they say We bear witness that you are most surely Allah's Messenger; and Allah knows that you are most surely His Messenger, and Allah bears witness that the hypocrites are surely liars.
I have been struggling with the Red part, why does God say that HE knows that YOU are his messenger? why doesn't HE bears witness?
Whereas HE does testify against hypocrites.

The hyporcrites think they are deciving God and the believers by bearing witness that Muhammad is His messenger. There is no need to proclaim "you bear witness that I am His messenger," because God knows that I am His messenger. It is enuff that God is witness.

We bear witness about something when it's unknown to some. There's no meaning to bear witness to the messenger that he's the messenger, or to God that he's his messenger. But God bears witness that they are hypocrites because the messenger and those who believe him to be the messenger of God do not know they are hypocrites It's a fact unknown to some.

God knows, but Mohamed does not, their intentions (what is in their heart), which does not match what they said "We bear witness that you are most surely Allah's Messenger".
