    Peace be upon you,

It is my understanding that "wusta" refers to the balanced state between awake and sleep, the medi-state, which is the optimal state to reprogram the spirit/subconcious(nafs), the goal of programming(salaat).

      Peace,

Salat does not involve bowing and prostration. Salat is the act of incense burning. Please read my article titled "Salat is none other than Incense Burning".

      Peace,

when it says " al Salat al-wusta" it means the middle salaat. It is "balanced" because it is right in the middle of the other salaats. "al" is a pronoun and DOES NOT MEAN "IS" Your arguement that since salawat is used, wa does not mean another salaat is weak, since "wa" does not necessarily mean "and" - it's a conjunction combining salawat and "al salat al-wusta". The fact that "salawat" is used proves that there are AT LEAST 3 SALAAT

        peace

I am no longer a Sunna-rejecter. See 4:59-65, 62:2-4, 3:31, 4:156, 7:157 Messenger teaches and is to be followed and obeyed. Examples of revelation received which is not in the Qur'an: 3:123-126, 33:37, 2:187, 66:3, 62:9.
