Peace be upon you all,
For those of you who have shown interest in meditation, there will be a free webinar on the fundamentals of Meditation on Thursday - Feb 26th from 700 pm to 830 pm EST (East Coast United states time zone)
And if you cannot make that one there will be another on Saturday - Feb 28th from 730 pm to 900 pm EST (East Coast United States time zone).
It is absolutely free but space is limited. Also, if you have a microphone there will be a question and asnswer period at the end.
