Peace be unto you, brothers and sisters,
The Subject was a question from the WakeUp Project forums by followers of hadiths.
I answered their questions using only Surahs from the Quran.
I was permanently banned from their boards.Below are the questions and my replies to them, after praying for guidance from God and seeking the Truth in the Quran.
To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Especially after I have shared DVDs of their "Arrivals" series.
If I have missed anything, I would appreciate further Surahs to guide my studies.

God knows your heart, and what He gives you. A believer fears God as much as they love Him. Surah 2195Hadn't the Quran been reached to us from the same sources we received our authentic hadith?
Surah 287,97-99, 6102, 26192-193, 4251,
The hadiths were not given by God by way of Gabriel to our Prophet (pbuh). They were given to us by men and women, supposedly followers of our Final Prophet (pbuh).Why would Allah preserve the Quran and not preserve the meaning?

God protects the Quran, not the hadiths.The meaning is preserved; believers recognize God's Word as sure as they know their own children. Surah 620Surah 28-9,26
The deceiver, iblis, will find a way to deceive all mankind from the righteous path, through the corrupt heart of the unbeliever and those who serve the rejected one.

?Notice that in Noble Verse 928 above, Allah Almighty was referring to a certain situation that the Muslims had to face. "After this year..." clearly and unquestionably suggests that Noble Verses 928-29 are for a situation that existed 1400 years ago. They don't necessarily have to apply today.?Does the Quran say that cross dressing is haram?

Only in the hadiths of are gay men referred to as ?natural eunuchs?. Homosexuality is condemned in all of God?s Books. Effeminisim is the act of a male acting in a female manner. Cross dressing is a homosexual act.The Quran says that men could beat up their wives. But we know according to hadith that this is a spiritual beating and not a harmful physical. What is to stop a man from misinterpreting the Quran and beating the hell out of his wife?

Go back to the original Ancient Arabic. Idrbi translated to ?Beat them? is mistranslated. ?Go away? or ?leave? Dr. Laleh Bakhtiar ?Introduction xxix ?Sublime Quran??.You would strike your wife?
How could you?
Are our tongues not unlike swords, that can scourge with the truth and chastise without demeaning?
Is it not better to banish her to the couch from your bed for a night of solitude and reflection?
Why would you strike someone you love and respect?
Who supports you in your efforts and your religion, who cares for your home while away, who raises your children, who you enjoy a blessed embrace?
How could you? Is that love? Is that compassion? Is that benevolence?
Respect the womb from which you were born.Is it permissible for a man to look at a naked man?

Both men and women are charged to guard their modesty.

Surah 726-31, 2430How do we know the order of the alcohol revelations? Maybe the first of the Quranic revelations said it was haram and then the later ones came saying that is was okay except during prayer times. How do you know the order of its revelations by using the Quran alone?
Surah 2219, 590
?O you who believe, intoxicants and games of chance and (sacrificing to) stones set up and (dividing by) arrows are only an uncleanness, the devil?s work; so shun it that you may succeed.? 590
Man is weak, God is Merciful, Gracious. Shun drink, if you are a believer. If you drink, do not pray intoxicated. What matters the order of revelation? If you are a believer, you will not consume intoxicants.It says in the Quran to shorten the prayer when you travel. How long do you have to travel? How short to cut the prayer?
Surah 4101-103
See prayer.
Prayer should be genuine, from the heart. When traveling among unbelievers, shorten prayers to guard your safety. If there is no danger, there is no need to shorten your prayers.In Surah 663, the Prophet told his wives that he knew because Allah had informed him about it. Show me a Quranic verse where Allah had informed the Prophet about it. You cannot. Does this not prove that there are revelations to Prophet Muhammad besides the Quran?

You answered your own question. You would know this if you read the Quran.Surah 2173 shows that Allah (swt) gave an order for the Muslims to change their Qibla from (Bayt Al Maqdis in Jerusalem) to the Kabah in Mecca. However, there is no Quranic verse that shows the first order that Allah gave to make the Qibla towards Jerusalem. Does this not prove that there are revelations to Prophet Muhammad besides the Quran?
Surah 2142-150
Read the original Arabic. We face the Sacred Mosque, Masjid Al-Haraam.
Even the Yusif Ali translation contains the phonetics 'Masjidil-Haraam'.
If you want to know what the previous qiblah was, read the Scriptures. Even Jonah wanted to see the Holy Temple again while in the belly of the fish. Mutawattir narrations are narrations by so many people that it is just impossible for all of them to get together and plot and lie. However, we have so many Mutawattir hadith List of Mutawatir hadiths.
They are all lies. The Quran is the only Hadith given by God.
Righteousness is not a checklist. Surah 2177
God knows every person?s heart.
Hadiths are the work of the deceiver, corruption to lead men and women astray from the righteous path, away from God?s Word found in the Quran. Surah 2174-176
Only in hadiths is the perversity of pedophilia, sexual child abuse, subjugation of women, and using men to sate lusts allowed. It is condemned in the Quran, Scriptures, and Torah.

MichaelI don't know why he said if you are a believer you will not consume intoxicants. If the Koran said do not consume alcohol when you are drunk then what made you think it is not consumable? Plus what does believing or not has to do with it? Alcohol, like anything else, must be done in moderation and without it leading to harm yourself or others.

Don't thank me. Thank God. He is the one guiding me. I've given my life to God completely, and He is sharing in the spiritual bounty. I am so grateful to God for leading me out of the Christian faith and into Al-Islam. I can think of nothing better than to devote my entire life to God and only God.
I love Him and fear Him, and He has never let me down.

I apologize, I do not mean to offend. The Quran tells us to shun alcohol, yet we both know man is weak and God is forgiving. I have totally given up alcohol to show I love God that much; so much that I will avoid the sin that alcohol contains within.
Plus I'm Scottish-American. I bear many a scar from bar brawls and rugby scrumbles with the Officers of the Law. It is best if I avoid it completely. P
Read the Quran and follow it. Shun alcohol for it contains much sin. If you cannot, then know God is forgiving. Just don't pray when intoxicated.

The Quran is passed on to us by Mutawattir narrations. Mutawattir narrations are narrations by so many people that it is just impossible for all of them to get together and plot and lie. However, we have so many Mutawattir hadith List of Mutawatir hadiths.
Was this sentence not complete? (the 'List of Mutawatir hadiths'?). There isn't even such a list, is there?
