The best path is Muhammad?s path.According to the above dictionary meanings of the words hadiy and ka3ba in my understanding the meaning of ( ِ hadyan balighal ka3bati is ?who reached glory in his mode of life?. And this expression is describing ( ْ ?two equitable persons from you? in verse 5.95
So
( ِ (Dawa 3adlin mikum hadyan balighal ka3bati) means
Two equitable persons from you who reached glory in their mode of life.In verse 5.95 hadiy has nothing to do with donation and ka3ba has nothing to do with Quadrangle.

As far as i understand it should be
O you who believe (who gives security to others), do not kill any game while you are restricted; and whosoever of you kills it deliberately, then the recompense is to value what was killed against the livestock, which shall be judged by two equitable persons from you who has reached glory in their mode of life, or, expiation by feeding the poor at a cost equal to the cost of the animal, or imposing self-abstinence for a number of days equally decided by the judges, that is to suffer the results of his deed; God forgives what has past. And whosoever returns, then God will seek vengeance from him. God is Almighty, Avenger.

The whole English paragraph seems quite perplexing and a talk in the air, with this instruction, unless it is presumed that the restriction is imposed by a game warder to protect the endangered species.
The restriction is only for and no prohibition on killing of other animals.
The recompense adjudged by the two men "who have reached glory in their mode of life" shall be paid to whom?
And "or, expiation by feeding the poor at a cost equal to the cost of the animal", it is one and the same thing like recompense adjudged by the said two men. It does not mean either of the two. Either of the two need to be different from each other. -
