    Peace Samson,

What do you make of 4131? Is it your belief that this verse is also not inclusive of people? How about 383? 63? 2284? 329?

I believe these verses also use "FI" as the qualifier?

None of those signs will be inclusive of people when it says "what is in the heavens and in the Earth", otherwise are the people being addressed in the heavens also?

God gives a general analogy between "what is in the heavens and in the Earth" and the people. In other words, it is an analogous relationship, and not an inclusive one.

    Peace
