The meaning of the initials

I do believe the intitials are related to the content of the coming chapter.

For instance chapter 2, the translated initials would be T T B as in "Truly, This is The Book".

Yes. The initials are not haphazard. The example that proves this point is the initial T(&#1591. When it is present, the chapter will definitely mention the staff of Moses. If anyone has other examples please post it.
