"Muslim" and " Believers" believe in The Qur'an in its Entirety , so if Code 19 people believe that The Message of God can be tempered with (i.e. add to and subtracted from ) then they would have Dis-believed in the clear message particularly after what The God has said in 159 and 6115 . Do you really need the answer as to which is Superior ?

Whether the substance in Quran?
Or the presence of 19 in Quran?Whether to take the Guidance of the verses?
Or to count the numbers in the verses?Do you want to be in the nearness of Allah?
Or want to be pleading with the 19 Guardians of hell?Whether to assess Quran verses based on concurrence and contradiction?
Or counting on the numerics of it?In 9 128 and in 9 129, every part of the each verse has concurrence with the numerous other verses of Quran, without any contradiction even in parts. As Allah had ordained upon us to assess Quran only in this way, and in accordance with the 4 82, the said ayats are very much in the original.

Thus GOD is more superior than Quran or Code 19.The 'verses' he wrote all over this universe is those that cannot be replicated / duplicated / falsified by anyone..
And anyone had a full rights to believe whatever they want.. based on his observation, knowledge and faith..
Yet Truth stands out clear from Error..There are signs for those who understands..
